I hired this company for routine lawn care and ultimately had to let them go due to multiple…read moreongoing issues. There were several weeks they simply never showed up -- with zero communication or explanation. On one occasion, a small gate from our puppy's play yard had fallen over near the back porch, and instead of taking the minimal effort to move it and mow the area, they left it -- resulting in a patch of overgrown grass after already having skipped the previous week. When they did weed eat, they were inconsistent -- often skipping areas that clearly needed attention, while the areas they did service were left looking rough, uneven, and still too long. To make matters worse, they repeatedly cut down flowers I had growing in various areas of the yard. The final straw was when they began pushing our scheduled mow days back without notice, and then complained about our gate being closed. After multiple missed appointments and unreliable scheduling, we stopped leaving the gate open -- especially since we have 5 children and 2 dogs using our fenced yard daily. Between the lack of professionalism, communication, and the mediocre-at-best quality of work, we made the decision to move on and hire a more reliable company. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your lawn care needs.
