Honestly the quotes I received were frankly outrageous and believe that were basically gouging given the economy. I turned to Yelp and found Fire Line Power Wash. Since it was a small business and owned by a local firefighter, I decided to ask for a quote. Within 10 minutes, I was asked if I could send pictures of my house, which I provided. Following that I received a very detailed professionally crafted quote that was VERY reasonable. I replied, YOU'RE HIRED, when can you provide the service? Two days later I met Caleb, owner of Fire Line Power Wash and a local firefighter stationed on Hilton Head. He is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL who started this company just over a month ago as a second job. He learned power washing working with his father's company in Colorado. As I walked Caleb around the house, he explained what he would do which also involved a discussion on protecting my flowers and plants. He immediately went to work with top line professional equipment and did an OUTSTANDING JOB on everything I asked him to power wash. He also meticulously washed my large sunroom windows like you see professional window washers do, by hand. I can't say enough about this young man. He is the real deal. Professional to the core, friendly, great sense of humor and humble. Plus, he even sent me a handwritten "Thank You," card after the job was finished, for hiring him.
