Where do I start! I was referred to Sharon by someone in Arizona, due to my father passing away. I…read morelive near Orlando, FL. and was not able to be in Atlanta, GA. to deal with everything. After making contact with Sharon (along with her husband), she went to my father's house and gave me recommendations as to what needed to be fixed/updated/replaced in order to get the most out of the house sale. Again, living near Orlando, I didn't know anyone who would be a good contractor so Sharon put in contact with someone she knew. Along with Sharon's guidance, Clayton Dinn (the contractor) was fantastic and very accommodating with getting the work completed as fast as possible. Within a month of Sharon coming onboard, we had all the things in the house fixed/updated/replaced and it was on the market. After 2 closings falling through (due to the buyers issues) she still stayed in it full steam. She NEVER gave up and always stayed positive through the process. Originally has the house was, we thought we would get around $315,000 but after investing $16,000, we were able to sell the house for $370,000. If you are wanting to sell a house, I could not recommend Sharon enough. She is not your typical "salesman". She is NOT in it for herself, she is in it for you!
