However, my appointment was scheduled at the Pearland office instead. I never received an appointment confirmation, email, or reminder, so I had no way of knowing the appointment had been scheduled at a different location than the one I requested. Prior to the appointment, I completed all of the new patient paperwork, including providing my insurance information. Despite having this information in advance, the front desk did not review my paperwork until I arrived for my appointment. At that point, I was informed that my insurance required an updated referral and was essentially told I could not be seen. What is most frustrating is that this situation could have been avoided entirely if my insurance information had been reviewed before my appointment (insurance information is supposed to be reviewed and verified BEFORE the day of the appointment. that is standard practice for medical appointments) Had someone checked my paperwork in advance, I could have been notified and given time to obtain the necessary referral rather than taking time out of my day to come to the office for nothing. I then asked to speak with the office manager. After waiting several minutes, the manager called me but was extremely unprofessional and hung up while I was still speaking. That interaction only added to an already frustrating experience. The lack of communication, failure to review patient information beforehand, and poor customer service made this an extremely disappointing experience. Especially when I did everything I was supposed to do on my end. Would give 0 stars if i could.

He put me off and put me off for over a year, I drove the almost hour long drive to his office and he would look and say "ok, well you're still numb, I'll see ya in 3-6 months". After complaining every time- and he wouldn't listen, in FACT HE BLAMED ME FOR KOSING WEIGHT, which became the beyond annoying. Shaming me for losing weight- why is my weight an issue??? Fact is, he messed my face up and is looking for anything to blame. I REFUSE to be blamed for what his hands have done. For HIM disfiguring me. I'm having a hard time even writing this review because there's so much to cover and it upsets me to tears. I no longer leave my house like I used to, I won't take photos, I hide my chin every chance I get. It's caused relationship issues because I now feel hideous and unworthy of love. I've had to seek out a psychiatrist to help me deal with this. I dont care if anyone thought I was ugly or pretty, I care how I feel when I look in the mirror and the fact is - IVE TAKEN DOWN 90% of the mirrors in my home because of him. My employer called back needing a revised Dr note within 48 hrs of my procedure. ( it's been 24 hrs ) I stayed this to whoever I talked to and she said it would be Tuesday which is 4 days out and would not be in the time frame I needed my Dr note. When she was not listening to my needs and being solution oriented I asked her to please listen to me and my needs. She hung up on me! I tried calling back several times and she let it go to voicemail! I have never been treated this way by someone after paying several thousands of dollars for a procedure. From the reviews mentioned, it seems like Ashlee is the only one with bedside manners. From my first six sessions, I could already tell there was a drastic difference in terms of hair reduction. However, since the area I was receiving laser hair removal was very personal... I also understood, no one wants to see those parts unless they're your partner, so I could tell Ashlee was hesitant on zapping those parts. Sadly, if you are working in this field, it's something you're going to have to get used to in order for the client to have a more effective treatment, hence my rating.

I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and the injector showed no care or compassion during the procedure. What shocked me the most is that I was not offered any numbing or comfort options at all. The procedure was extremely painful, and no one made any effort to make me feel comfortable or explain what they were doing. I came in as a paying client and was treated as if I was getting a free service. This is not okay. When you pay this amount of money, you expect respect, professionalism, and basic care. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.
