For first time attendees, you'll fill out a waiver at the front desk and the girl was really sweet. There are two changing stalls available and they also have clothes for sale. Bathrooms and parking were also available. The studio was bright and cheerful and there was plenty of space for us. Our instructor Jen was super supportive and I liked her teaching style - she was very positive and emphasized the importance of making this our workout. She also made sure to lay out what section of the class we were going to do next. The equipment needed is also written out at the front (for this class we used medicine balls and a bar). The class ended with a stretch on the barre and Jen asked us for our names as we put the equipment away (so nice!). Overall I had a positive experience and it was a good workout.

Each workout consists of cardio, weights, and boxing. It can be intense at at times but that's why I love it. There are no class times, which is why I initially chose this gym. Each round is 3 mins. and the entire workout is only 30 mins so you're in and out fairly quickly. The trainers are helpful and attentive.

I was told yes they were still going to bill members even thought there are a lot of members that have lost there jobs due to this Pandemic! Shame on you MUSC Wellness Center for taking people's money and not providing services! Most of the time your showers are broke, there's no hot water, you gym equipment is rusty and for 2 month your Ceiling has been leaking all over the wellness center! Absolutely disgusted with MUSC!
