The instructors are well informed and friendly to newcomers. This is not the stereotypical lughead mma gym. Everyone is treated with respect and like family. The head instructor has a list of credentials and shows exceptional leadership by guiding his students through their growth. He has also been a teacher to other head instructors at other local gyms. Many students drive long commutes to attend the school. This is a must stop for out-of-towners if they want to continue practicing martial arts away from home.

He can do many things that I think that really contributed to the success and guidance he has received from his teachers here at the center. Overall, the center is very clean, safe, and morale is crazy good here. You can tell that they have a great team and everybody is always positive and helpful. They're very caring and very safe with your children. I recommend to everyone to come here with your children. They have activities for your crawling baby all the way to swim, and gymnastics.
