My 1 year old son had a nasty fall and bit his tongue while under the care of his grandmother, and…read moreit wasn't emergent enough to go to the er, but it was bad enough I wasn't comfortable waiting till the morning to see his pcp. I looked online on both Yelp and the clinic website and this location is listed as open until 9pm and available for walkins. It was 7 pm when I looked this up, so I felt I had plenty of time and wasn't going to be one of those butthole customers that show up 5 minutes before closing. We drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction of the er only to see a tiny piece of paper on the door saying "we are closed" another saying "X-ray broken" and another saying "at full capacity" (even though they were closed and there wasn't a car in sight.) It's 2023. Update your website with your hours. There's even an option to indicate it's temporary so patients don't get confused. Don't put "accepts walk ins" in your business plan if you can't take new customers - as indicated by one of many pieces of paper on your glass door. While this thankfully was not an emergency, I indicate that it's 20 minutes in the opposite direction of the er only to illustrate how frustrating it is to drive 40 minutes round trip for nothing. When an up to date online presence would tell any stressed, overwhelmed parent they should just head straight to the er and that 40 minutes could be put toward the long er wait times. I finish this post with a question. If this office can not figure out something as simple as the internet, are they really reliable enough to help you in an urgent situation with your children?

My 20 month old was assessed and diagnosed in minutes. We were there for about an hour which was amazing compared to other urgent care visits. We weren't treated like we were just another number. This place will definitely be our go to urgent care center.

Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel right at home. They actually care about you! My family and I have found our new primary care practice.

Then you have to be transferred to the Suwanee office after you talk with that Rep. I do not like this. Well today I called and had an emergency and needed a referral right away for surgery. The lady I spoke to was named Daily. At least that is what she told me. She was very rude. Kept me on the phone at least 15 min and had an attitude. The phone was silent. I kept asking her was she there. No answer. Then when she did answer she was rude. I kept telling her I needed to speak with that office please transfer me. She kept typing ignoring what I was saying to her. When she decided to transfer me on her time it was 15 min of waiting. She was rude ,and uncaring. I asked for her name and I told her she was rude. She did not care. Did not even care how I felt on the other end. I guess she is there only for a paycheck and it is sad. She did not go out of her way to do anything. but once I was transferred a lady named Darrienn helped me and this lady was sent from God. So sweet so kind. Understood my frustration and went out of her way to help get my referral sent over. I told her I appreciate her and people like her. I can tell she really loves not only her job but cares about people the patients. I pray she will get a good raise one day because this lady was awesome. So the ending was a great experience for me. Darrienn. I hope you read this message because you are awesome.
