Update: The person who spoke to me on the phone hung up on me!! My review wasn't based on your dispatchers inability to provide a quote. It was based on his confrontational and rude attitude. You can't treat legitimate costumers that way.! I was not rude, he was in a bad mood from the start and clearly had no real desire to understand my specific situation. I was simply calling for info so I could find the best company to replace my HVAC unit, no assessment necessary, which is clearly not yours. Especially if you blame legitimate costumers for poor costumer service and then lie on yelp. A simple ," I'm sorry, there was a misunderstanding, he was having a bad day" would have been enough for me to pull this review. But instead you blame me and and lie. Premier cleaning honestly is one of the first people I've ever encountered to provide such professional service! They had a technician come out and inspect my air ducts that my previous contractor had unfortunately messed up and connected wrong. They were able to give me a very accurate honest quote and they got down to buisness. Within a week all 12 vents in my buisness were running the way they needed to be run in my office and you immediately can tell that they were able to even clean everything. You literally smell the clean air come out and I've even notice that my secretary's allergies became less and less after premier took care of us! Great service! Dan got back to me pretty fast, explained everything I needed to know and scheduled me for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning jobs on the same week. Mike and Alan came on time, they even called me 15 min before arrived! I had very good impression after work was done. Price match the quality. They cleaned every single vent in my house inside and out, they also used some eco friendly products, what was great because I have bad allergies during the season. I chose this company based on all the good reviews. That's why I feel a responsibility to share my experience. Boris agreed to the job at a reasonable price. On the day/ time of the appointment the tech called to say he would be there soon but just one question: what was the job exactly? Not good. It got worse from there. They told me they couldn't do the job that day, but could be there the next - for double the price! This is where I called the office and asked Boris what the f*}% was going on. Boris tried to assure me that it was just some unfortunate "miscommunication". He agreed to put our agreement in writing and told me I'd have a email in a hour. I gave him an hour and then 47 more. No email, no phone call. When I called the office, I got the old runaround. Boris couldn't come to the phone but he would call me back. That was a week ago. These guys wasted my time. Guy who picked up phone was very nice at first, especially since he saw $$$ signs based on where I live (north shore Nassau). Then proceeds to tell me that he can come late hours to accommodate my schedule. When we start scheduling he proceeds to tell me that it would be $249 service charge to come out (even though I know what the problem is). When I ask what the $249 is for since we know what the issue is then he says well if you know what it is then why don't you fix it yourself, LOL. If I knew how to fix it why would I call you in the first place. Then he says "I'll have to pass on this job" like my money isn't green. Do I have @sshole written on my forehead or something? DO NOT use their service. BIGGEST RIP OFF. Boris and his partner who put on this big front claiming that they're an authentic company, they're are basically working out of a basement and a service Van. One of my HVAC unit ran out of Freon so I called them after looking them up on YELP and they told me they'll charge $150 for diagnose fee and to come out to check the problem. I agreed and this guy name George showed up and he checked the HVAC and told me that it's out of Freon and then he told me some ridiculous price of $150/lb of Freon, which I agreed to since I had no other choice at the time, that still didnt fix the problem, so then he told me my condensor is not working, he took the Freon back out of the system and asked me to go inside and turn off the system for troubleshooting. When I returned, the other unit which was working fine before i called them stopped working as well. I know that he stole the Freon out of the other system as well. Long story short... do not trust them, they're fake and rip off. They charged me $429 and didn't fix anything. I got another company to fix it two days later. Who also told me that both units were empty and that I have a very minor leak which they then fixed and pumped freon into both systems for a reasonable price. So I called Boris back to get my money back and Boris started cursing at me and said that he'll call the cops on me if I dispute the charge and that he's going to take me to court for small claims. What he doesn't know is that I'm the one that's going to be filing a Consumer Complaint against his license. DO NOT USE THEM. They're cheaters and rip off. read more

John and Nick came to do my chimney sweep and did the best job they could! They used metallic brushes to clean the chimney from the inside and went to the roof to clean it from outside.
