And my own kitchen and bathroom. Not all have been project managed perfectly - but after addressing problems with Scott they have been fully resolved. He is great to work with, and his carpenters are excellent. Several of his senior carpenters/project managers are very good at thinking outside of the box to problem solve, which is always a good thing. Included some photos to show the extent of renovations. I have a single door garage and was having major issues with it opening and closing. Obviously this was a major headache as I could not leave the house not knowing if it would open or close. I had heard radio ads for a major garage door company in St. Louis, so I called and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time and within 5 minutes told me that I needed a new garage door and new opener. Quickly providing a bid of $1000 - $1200. This seemed high to me and I found it curious that both the door and opener needed to be replaced. Given the high price and forced sales approach I declined their offer, however still had to pay the $100 service fee for the 5 minute review of the door. I then called Grand Home Solutions and spoke with Scott Vogel (the owner) about my garage door issue. After speaking with Scott a trade partner of Grand Home Solutions promptly showed up on time as well, however they took a very different approach. The service man actually took the time to listen to what was wrong with the door and then actually fixed the door, which ended up being a rusted wire to one of the sensors. Amazingly the original bid to "fix" the door with a complete new door and system of $1000 - $1200 turned into $89. I can't thank Scott Vogel and Grand Home Solutions enough for their honesty and approach to addressing the problem rather than automatically up selling me to a new door and opener. If anyone I know ever has a home improvement project or has an issue such as a faulty garage door I will gladly refer them to Grand Home Solutions.

The service tech (it's usually Ben) calls a day before he is scheduled to come out and lets me know what he plans to look at. I really appreciate how we get the same service tech each time; he is familiar with the property and with our concerns. When he arrives he takes notes of what he does and leave them for us to review when we get home. When we had a new retaining wall built he let us know that he added in some additional traps to help keep the critters out and we didn't even have to ask! Every so many months I do call to see if we can schedule a time for him to walk around the house and spray inside rather than just outside. each time I have called to schedule this service the customer service rep has been helpful and friendly and I have always been able to get something scheduled for the day and time I prefer. We pay for treatments every 2 or 3 months and if they have to come visit in between scheduled service, it's still part of the package we pay for which is really nice. Rottler is a solid company and I would recommend them to anyone!

We have had FRS completely 2 major projects for us this past year and have been happy with both…read moreprojects. While nothing about French drains or foundation repair is fun, exciting or cheap; we knew we had to get some of this work done to our home due to some minor flooding/cracks in the foundation. After doing some research and asking for bids, we decided to work with FRS since we knew they would do a thorough job and offer a nice warranty for their work. Not to mention how everyone we worked with was super helpful and friendly and they explained lots of things to us in ways that we could understand. When you are going to spend $$$ on something as massive as a french drain and foundation repair, you really want to make sure you have some of the best people to work with and FRS was it for us. Earlier this week, we had Dylan and Sam out at the house so they could work on the side to help us with drainage and repairing the foundation. I really have no idea how this is done, but they managed to do it in just under 3 days and took great care of the yard and our neighbors yard while they were working so they did not make a mess or damage anything. Knowing that these giant house repairs have been completed, I know that our house will be taken care of we won't be experiencing any more damage. I know they will come out again in the future to just check in to make sure everything is still working correctly and I feel secure knowing they will take care of anything thanks to the warranty they offer on their work.

We called Foundation Recovery and luckily were put in contact with Michael Drebes who took care of us with a complete waterproof System. We had Ricky and crew working on the system install and they did a fantastic job of getting it done.
