If the company can not keep the initiation appointment imagine what would happen if I hired them, I guess I will be chasing them to finish the Job. I called to complain but the lady who answered the phone said she is just answering the phone, and she cannot do anything except apologizing. The Number I called is 252 297 8900 I was scheduled for free estimates today at 9.30 AM with Tech Brandon R. then I got a text he will be coming at 10 AM then at around 10 AM he called and made a lame excuse that he went to the wrong address, and he is about an hour away from me, and it will take him an hour to get to my place. I asked what time he would come he said around 1PM so one hour turned to be 3 hours. Then he said he will give me an estimate without seeing my project and why I am not so happy it is free estimates.

Grounds Pro sent a crew out to inspect the system (we have a well for our sprinkler system) and "educate us" on the system. The crew just left this morning after getting our system up and running for the '23 season after being winterized (they do that too). At the end of last season we were having problems with a zone that was "pulsing". They promised to address at reopening, which they did.
