You might be tempted to use a business like this for better service than a big box retailer. I'm…read morenot sure that you'll get it. They use a text message tool to communicate with customers. But if you run into issues from the lack of context in texting the staff doing the texting may get fatigued and simply stop responding and refuse to take responsibility for their communication by giving you a first name. When you call directly to the office, the staff might refer you to a manager but the manager might be too busy to call you back and discuss your issue. When the service manager does call you back, you might be reminded of your responsibility to immediately report any quality issues with the repair, but get little recognition that repairs are sometimes done incorrectly.
