School had them do the pictures this year. First ones were terrible ( eyes closed, hair a mess) . Had to go to their studio for retakes, they didn't return to the school. Second time hair good, eyes open but they really need to work on angles. read more

I brought my 7 month old son to take his pictures with the bunnies yesterday at Southpark. I was so excited for a fun shoot. I was completely disappointed first of all when they only allowed him to shoot with 1 bunny. They seemed so unprofessional. They did not know how to pose my baby properly. They complained the entire time that they were understaffed. They were so rude. I went to have fun, and make some great memories for my babies first Easter, but instead I was rushed out of there within 15 minutes. I was planning on ordering a canvas portrait and a nice portrait package, but I was so disappointed I ordered the minimum. I almost just walked out of there without ordering anything I was so upset with their behavior. read more

We took our granddaughter for Easter 2012 pictures (17 months). Unfortunately she fell asleep in the car and she came into the place sleeping. However, they allowed her to wake up on her own terms and we received wonderful pictures. I don't think more than one live bunny could be controlled and get a great shot. Maybe if she was older I would have asked but I was happy with using one live bunny. We waited 20 minutes and we were able to view our pictures and receive them right on the spot. I like that service. We took my granddaughter out in the mall while we waited and she was scared of the "Easter Bunny" that they had. There was no way she would have taken a picture with that fake thing. read more

5 STARS!!! If I could add more, I would. We used Prelude for our wedding photography and video and we could not have been more happy with the people we worked with and the products they delivered! Matt and his staff were really easy to work with, super accommodating and had great personalities! They did everything that we asked and the some.
