In addition I don't think their billing process is what you want either. With my previous PT I had no copay and never got a bill; everything covered. These people charge you a copay which is NOT a Medicare practice. Looks like they're just overcharging you and the end-user doesn't know better. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. For many their PT may affect their quality of life critically. The patient needs to see the best PT.
