The package offers complete interior and exterior inspection for entry ways for pests and sealing those holes. It also has a year guarantee to remove any animals that enter the house. They were here in September for the initial inspection and to get rid of a squirrel. Since then they've been back to fill more entry points they missed on the other visits resulting in us having 3 squirrels, 4 mice and a bat. Christina, their manager, refused to honor the plan in removing the mice - demand over $300 more to poison the mice instead of trap and get rid of them (as covered in the plan). I've asked for the owner to call but either the request isn't being relayed or they just don't care. I've since hired a different company who got rid of the mice and sealed more holes WMS had missed in their various visits. While the technicians are nice, they clearly didn't seal the entry points throughout their numerous visits, and the company refuses to honor its contract. There are many options out there - Steer clear of Wildlife Management Services!
