I live in San Jose, CA and placed my order online, paid via paypal. I was visiting Grand Island that day I placed my order. Same day, Sandi, the admin asst writes to me, calls me; she says they got payment but the items ordered are not there. Yet, I know I input everything online. So, where did all of my information go? to someone else? ahhaa. it must have. I asked for delivery confirmation; I didn't get delivery confirmation 'til after I already received the shipment. It took over a week.
I wouldn't say the quality of popcorn is bad, nor is it very good. Its simply "good" at best. It is fresh and tender. It tastes fresher and holds better flavor than the name brands like Oroville Redenbacher, ActII, etc. Not sure if I'll ever order from here again. It seems too much trouble for what its worth. Its more expensive than buying from the grocery store too.
Customer service is subpar. I expected to order online, consider it done, and receive a shipment confirmation. ---They didn't even apologize or anything.
If you're the owner, please get a new computer software system.
