It was delivered to my house. I popped it up and it was so stale and hard. I contacted the company and they told me that they would go get a batch of the popcorn and pop it themselves. They popped themselves and called me back and said that there's nothing wrong with the popcorn everyone liked it in our office. And I said I want to refund of my money. I know what popcorn should taste like and this is not it. They refuse to give me a refund on the popcorn because they said the popcorn I received was 100% good. If it was 100% good why would I be getting a hold of them after had popped two of the bags ? There was a lady name Becky, who really likes to argue with customers and should not be a custom representative. This company despite its Bible verses on its website does not stand by its product. It took over a week. I wouldn't say the quality of popcorn is bad, nor is it very good. Its simply "good" at best. It is fresh and tender. It tastes fresher and holds better flavor than the name brands like Oroville Redenbacher, ActII, etc. Not sure if I'll ever order from here again. It seems too much trouble for what its worth. Its more expensive than buying from the grocery store too. Customer service is subpar. Since the…read moreAmazon prices seemed very high for both the products and the shipping I found the website and ordered direct from the manufacturer and I'm very pleased I did. First of all, I purchased sugar free butter pecan popcorn. The price including USPS priority shipping was about $13 as opposed to $17-19 on Amazon. Flavor is outstanding and texture is superb. You get about a half pound of popcorn for your money and that's a lot. Customer service is wonderful, fast, responsive and helpful. I will definitely be back for more products.
