I have lived here for over two years and have NEVER had any of the issues that you seem to have had. This property is right where a person needs to be if you are active in the city and enjoy city living. The management has always been available and I have always had my questions and concerns addressed in a timely manner. They have made me feel safe and a valued member of this rental community. I also have a dog, and there has never been an attack of a dog on the property. If you are out in the park, there can be issues with strays. But you can't expect the property to control that. I feel the prior review is not very credible if you are reviewing a property that you state you have never lived at! I would highly recommend Oaks Station Place. Nice apartments, great amenities, and the staff is always professional and courteous.

I always had very pleasant interactions with all staff of Oak Station place. The current manager Blake is a DOLL, he is very pleasant and I have never seen him in a bad mood, even when he may be having a rough day. Blake goes above and beyond for his residents. The other person Jess who helps out in the leasing office is another great asset to OSP. I hope that both of them stay for a long time. The ground are well maintained in the all four seasons and happy hours and social event are provided in order to get to know your neighbors. The only negative interaction I had was with someone in the corporate office and I stated in my departing review that she should not interact with the public. I would highly recommend living at OSP- especially with the light rail in the parking lot

When selling our house, he had pictures taken that made our house look so good, I almost bought it again! We had multiple offers above asking price! When it came to buying our next house, Jim showed us probably close to 100 houses across a wide area. There was absolutely and I mean, absolutely, no pressure to make a decision on our next house. We sometimes went and saw the same house 2-3 times! When we finally found our house, Jim was with us all the way to final signing. Jim was so awesome during the entire experience. They said he was great and easy to deal with, but found him to be much more. Initially we spoke on the phone and found him to be very knowledgeable. He knew the market, shared maps and MLS listings with me, and couldn't have been more versatile in beginning research for home buying. When we met on my trip out, he was the real deal. Smart, professional, yet funny and relaxed. We spent some time driving around and looking at houses. With each preference or feature I wanted to see, he knew where to take me and gave me an honest, informative look into the area and properties. I'd consider him a trusted ally in the process and felt like I was spending time with a friend instead of stressing to the max with some commission-hungry pusher. Sadly my reassignment didn't go through, but hoping to move to the Twin Cities soon and know I'll be reaching out to Jim when I do, because he cared about me and made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend him to those on Yelp!

We didn't have a ton of money to spend and I know that means not a lot of pay from a realtor stand point. Who would want to work with us? Well Erica was the perfect match! She offered no stress showings. Not once did I feel like I HAD to purchase a home and not once did I feel like I was being pushed to spend more money than I wanted. She was flexible with when she would allow us to look at home and when she was able to answer questions. I feel like even though we were looking at small prices homes we got a large price realtor. We ended up being able to look at a couple of homes one day as a sort of pre market option (the market in the twin cities is really going crazy right now and homes are selling fast). Of these two homes we were the only ones to view them and they were both amazing. It went from having no options to having to choose between two very quickly. We purchased one of those homes and are loving every minute of it. Highly recommend Erica!

Kevin is knowledgeable and persistent and it showed by his work. He crawled under houses and went up in attics to really check out the property. This was critical to me as a first-time home buyer, without his knowledge and experience I would have likely been bamboozled into purchasing a house with lots of flaws I or a standard realtor would not find. To pair with his experience and dedication Kevin and his team understood exactly what I was looking for and were able to find an amazing option for me that checked all my boxes within my price range. They went out of their way to understand what I wanted and made it a reality. After I had an offer on a house his team was able to connect me with a lender, title company, and home inspector. Kevin even managed to secure me a new coffee table and side table for my living room, for free! Ultimately, I believe the most important trait about Kevin is I could trust him. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase and he was comfortable with my pace. Kevin was able to explain in layman's terms to me what he was looking at and was able to steer me away from properties that would not have been a good fit for me. By the end of my time working with Kevin, he had become a friend to me. Because of this, I will be using him again when the time comes!
