Weeks went by, no contact, no update from the attorney (Nicole). I sent messages via their web site, no response, called many times, no answer...I finally received a call from Nicole after filing a formal complaint with the Florida Legal Bar Association in Tallahassee...They finally drafted the letter and addressed it to the wrong person and were too lazy to take it to the Post Office sending "certified signature required" which was a requirement in our agreement as I requested numerous times... They actually sent the letter via UPS dropping It at the doorstep of the contractor, just like an Amazon delivery, no signature. Hard to believe a Law Firm would do something like that.... He will actually sit with you and speak to you on the phone personally. I called multiple lawyers in the area trying to get an idea of cost and outlook for my situation. Dr. Bell was the only one who actually took the time to call me himself, other lawyers couldn't even be bothered to speak to me without charging for a consultation. After speaking to Dr. Bell regarding my case, we set an appointment for me to come in to go into everything with more detail and what the case process would look like and what the cost to retain him for his services will be. The consultation was free of charge, and he took his time to read over everything and understand my situation. From our phone conversation I was walking into his office already with a mentality of retaining him as my lawyer.  Throughout my whole process I worked with his paralegals Violet, and Lis who were extremely courteous, helpful, caring, and also took their time to go over all the steps of my case throughout the period of a year before my interview date. They were all always available for phone calls, and when they had to take messages, they'd call back the same day.  At the USCIS office I saw lawyers who were meeting their clients for the first time minutes before an interview, and I felt lucky to have Dr. Bell sitting by my side, already knowing everything about my case, and not having to run through facts or details with him. All the officers at the USCIS office knew him by name, and smiled when they saw him. this is the most unprofessional firm i have ever encountered. Mr Sukkar met with me and tried to…read morepush me off and not take my case. after he said he would take my case and my husband was sitting in an immigration jail for no reason he said he needed time to research before going to see him. Mr Sukkar's assistant Bill who doesn't even have a license in the state of Florida was my main point of contact. They took a check from me which they deposited while i was till in the office and only after told me they would only see my husband the following week. I retained a different attorney who got him a hearing and got him out within 48 hours. Now Sukkar and associates wont take my calls or refund my money they claim they worked all day on my case when i told Bill that i didn't want to move forward with their firm. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY OR TRUST THEM. When i text Bill at the number HE gave me he threatened to call the police on me for harassment. I texted him once. They are not Lawyers they are Liars.
