I would like to start by saying Thank You Rod for all you have done and for believing in me. We had our moments due to all I had been through it was really hard for me to trust anyone else. And Bobbi Collins your the best !!!! Wish everyone was as professional as you ,Thanks So Much For getting the Job DONE !!!! You and Rod are the main reasons I referred my brother and his family to you and to this day I refer anyone I no with mortgage situations directly to you and Rod !!! But for all you out there reading these reviews and posts,I have to say you CAN NOT Go WRONG when you have the greatness of Bobbi and Rod and PREFERRED LAW on your side!! No Doubt About It you can rest your mind at ease.. When I first started into this re-modification stuff and missed my first mortgage payment I had spoke with Bank America and of course they told me I didn't qualify ! So I had looked into some other things and found a Kris with nationwide financial consulting who said they would do a forensic loan audit well after paying him 750.00 to do this and having reps from BOA come collect docs from me at my home it turns out I still didn't qualify and of course Kris and that company disappeared so I lost that 750.00 ,so 2 months go by and I try another company ! I had a Will with Protection Law Center call me and say they could help,so I sign on with them with them saying they can get it done ,that they are an actual law firm ,,OK So I pay them 750.00 a month over the next 3 months and on the 3 payment ,not the day after I try to call and get an update they are no longer available and all voice mail boxes are full ,but up till the day of that 3rd payment, Will was emailing me all the time.. so there's goes all that money down the drain ..So at this point I am way behind on my mortgage So Now What ! Well I have to keep trying before I get the foreclosure notice.. So I try again . This time I had a Jay with Professional Legal Network call me and say oh we can for sure help you and sorry you are having such bad luck getting anything done and that there are a lot of company's scamming since all this Modification stuff took place ."I'm thinking OK how you going to screw me like the others " So I try to prepare for it" NOT It turns out they referred me to a sister company called RMA Legal Network who I paid 978. a month for 3 months only to be told BOA said I didn't qualify for any programs but would do a in house re-modification and that it was approved "now 5 months later " and my payment went up 120.00 a month .Now if I could afford to pay more do you think I would have any problems in the first place or are some attorneys down right stupid and unprofessional... So after I had said that to them and BOA send me trail payments that were indeed higher and 1 month away from a for real sale date on my house I decided to go with Preferred Law !! Keep in mind I had spoke to Rod with Preferred Law 3 or 4 months before RMA and just didn't trust him due to he sound to positive of himself and that was how all the others sounded ,Had I gone with him in the first place this would have been done 6 months ago and Bobbi And her crew wouldn't had to stop my foreclosure in a weeks notice and Id be just fine by now .. But as it turns out they had no worries bout my situation and just handled it like an Professional Legal Attorney does and I am so grateful for all they have done and have no problem writing any review or even speaking for them ,That's just how much I TRUST in them and BELIEVE in them and all they do.. So I can only say if your in need of this type of help they Are DEFINITELY the ones to turn to ..If they say they can get it done !!! Well that just means YOUR IN GOOD HANDS !!! First I would like to say thanks to Ms. Bobbi Collins. I truly believe Preferred Law went above and beyond everything possible for this modification to be done in a courteous and professional manner, considering trying to work with the lenders myself and rejecting the modification the lender offer me. I contacted Preferred Law and with the guidance of the firm, I was offered a more affordable modification that I can truly afford. It took a little time but Ms. Bobbi was persistent and it payed off. Preferred Law were very easy to work with. They helped us by renegotiating our mortgage payment with BOA. With us on S.S., we found it very hard to increase our payment.
