Medicare paid their portion in a timely matter. Medicare submitted claim to AMA Insurance Agency. In September 2025, Pharmacy resubmitted claim to AMA Insurance Agency. In November 2025, Pharmacy again resubmitted to AMA Insurance Agnecy. December 2025, Pharmacy still has not been paid. Patient called "customer service" to discuss. AMA Insurance Agency said they have no record of claim. Patient submitted documentation in early Decemeer, 2025. Mid-January 2026. "Customer Service" cannot see documentation sent by patient. They also say that they have no record of the claim. Pharmacy will not refill medication until they are paid.
