Without question, Brooke Pennington was the best realtor I've ever had the opportunity to work with. This sale wasn't a typical transaction. It was my late father's home in Tennessee, and I live in Florida. Since it was part of his estate, there were a lot of moving parts and a long list of things that needed to be done before the house could go on the market. I honestly expected it to be a stressful process, but Brooke made it feel manageable from beginning to end. One of the biggest things that stood out was how connected she was. Whenever the house needed something, she had someone she trusted. She recommended great people for landscaping, HVAC work, roofing, and other repairs, and every one of those referrals turned out to be excellent. That alone saved me an incredible amount of time and frustration trying to coordinate everything from another state. She also had a great eye for presentation. She gave me practical suggestions on what to change, what to leave alone, and how to stage the home so it would show its best. Those recommendations clearly made a difference because the house sold quickly and for considerably more than I ever expected. Ironically, she sold it so fast that I found myself scrambling to empty the house. There was still furniture, an attic full of belongings, and a storage shed that all had to be cleared out. Most agents would have wished me luck. Brooke actually showed up and spent her own personal time helping me get everything emptied. That wasn't part of her job, but she did it anyway because she genuinely cared about helping me get to the closing table. What impressed me most was that she never treated me like just another client. She was always available when I had questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and was proactive instead of reactive. I always felt like she was looking out for my best interests. Buying or selling a home can be stressful under normal circumstances. Selling an estate property from another state could have been overwhelming, but Brooke's knowledge, organization, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience much easier than I ever imagined. I've worked with a lot of realtors over the years, and I don't make recommendations lightly. Brooke earned mine. These people did nothing, but collect a check and allow my home to be trashed. One of the brokers even made me sign release form before she gave me my security deposit. They also tried charging me for the enormous amounts of trash left in front, back yard and in home and storage shed! I am a Christian and have no reason to lie and wish I was leaving a positive review. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!

All Cody care about is getting that money and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Once they get your money, they won't return your calls on issues. Don't use them!
