Brandon was beyond professional, he offered his help and gave me a sense of comfort, introducing himself and his job title. It started to get dark, he changed my tire and was an absolute guardian angel. I'm not from this area, I was by myself and I had terrible cellular reception. I've called them late at night for party noise control in the complex and nothing was done. When I called back an hour later, they told me they didn't hear anything when they walked by, which is hard to believe since it sounded like a band playing next door! They either did not come out, came out during a band break, or simply were afraid to confront the partyers. When I asked what should I do then if they won't enforce the noise ordinance, their answer was to call the police. I lived in another complex where security nipped noise problems in the bud, so I'm not sure why MPS can't perform this service.
