I have always had a great experience when taking my kids in alone for wic appointments. I brought…read moremy daughter in with my fiancé who is also her LEGAL mom, and we were treated with such disrespect. High tone, argumentative, hateful facial expressions and then the woman came into the lobby basically yelling that she's "confused" and she needs to understand, and when we tried to explain to her the situation, she stormed away saying "that's all I needed to know." SLAMS THE DOOR and is so loud we can hear her say, "THEYRE TOGETHER!" To all the ladies in the back. Other patients witnessed this whole ordeal, it was so embarrassing, and we felt so disrespected that we took our daughter and left. I will never go back. I don't care how much assistance we need, the amount of hatefulness that was allowed to come out of that office should have someone fired.

An hour and 20 min later we still hadn't been called back... horrible customer service!! I went back to the front window to say we needed to go and the stupid lady said she just sent the chart back and the nurse was drawing up my child's vaccines now. I'd never come here again! Several patients have come in, been seen, and left but we are here waiting still. Rude rude rude!!!

Couldn't see the hood the grill or anything else just the roof of the car. That is very very close. Too close and unsafe. My sisters were killed by this type of reckless and aggressive driving. Yes I got upset I called Cherokee strip transit and bitched the woman out in the phone gave her the car number 1917 W . She then calls My Employer said I called her names. THIS IS LIE Yes I was rude and should have got my anger under control. I did tell her rudely to f her in her a double teach your people to drive. We chuckled at some of the stories and got to see much more of historic Guthrie than we would have otherwise. This was also helpful in that we would just have been driving randomly. The trolley had a route that hit all the major historic sites and took us past some of the most beautiful and unique houses in town. Air Conditioned and just nice way to see the sites without worrying about driving, traffic, or getting lost.

They have so much room for improvement. Instead of viewing themselves as being in the business of…read morecustomer service, they just stick it to people. From my hotel, it took about an hour to get to the city center - near all the cool stuff like Bricktown. The other way they stick it to people is that they make them pay per leg of their trip. Inbound $1.75, outbound on your way to the same location, another $1.75. Going somewhere else after that? Another $1.75. I think that's a little jacked up. I didn't really deal with it because I bought a day pass. But then on my way home, I sat out in the COLD for an hour waiting for a bus that didn't come on time because it kept breaking down. The connection to Google maps is also quite poor and sometimes it would have me go strange ways to get where I wanted to go. There was a bus that ran right by where I was, but it wanted me to walk a mile to catch a different bus. What gives, Google? I feel sorry for the people of OKC who have to deal with this on a daily basis.
