High tone, argumentative, hateful facial expressions and then the woman came into the lobby basically yelling that she's "confused" and she needs to understand, and when we tried to explain to her the situation, she stormed away saying "that's all I needed to know." SLAMS THE DOOR and is so loud we can hear her say, "THEYRE TOGETHER!" To all the ladies in the back. Other patients witnessed this whole ordeal, it was so embarrassing, and we felt so disrespected that we took our daughter and left. I will never go back. I don't care how much assistance we need, the amount of hatefulness that was allowed to come out of that office should have someone fired.

We chuckled at some of the stories and got to see much more of historic Guthrie than we would have otherwise. This was also helpful in that we would just have been driving randomly. The trolley had a route that hit all the major historic sites and took us past some of the most beautiful and unique houses in town. Air Conditioned and just nice way to see the sites without worrying about driving, traffic, or getting lost.

I didn't really deal with it because I bought a day pass. But then on my way home, I sat out in the COLD for an hour waiting for a bus that didn't come on time because it kept breaking down. The connection to Google maps is also quite poor and sometimes it would have me go strange ways to get where I wanted to go. There was a bus that ran right by where I was, but it wanted me to walk a mile to catch a different bus. What gives, Google? I feel sorry for the people of OKC who have to deal with this on a daily basis.
