The ladies who work there were parked in front of either a Computer screen or a TV, watching far right conspiracy lies concerning Covid 19. It was loud enough that you could hear it throughout the shop. It very upsetting to me. They heard me leaving and asked if I needed help. I said no. I then told them I would never shop there again, and did not appreciate what they were broadcasting though out the store. I know it is a free country and you can believe whatever you want, but all I wanted to do was shop, and was subjected to these extreme views. I had no choice but to leave. And, although I was wearing a mask, they weren't. I am so done with this place.

But the gentleman who answered (whose name I can't quite remember) remembered the order even before I finished giving him the details and assured that it would be delivered promptly the next morning. Obviously swift delivery was a must, and though the morning deliveries were already underway when I placed my order, Printz still delivered it that same day. There were specific colors I wanted, specific flowers that I wanted included, and specific flowers that I *didn't* want included. There was only one chance to get it right. The flowers did reach my aunt in time, and when we talked on the phone one last time, she told me how beautiful the arrangement was, and how the colors were her favorite. Her husband texted me photos, and the arrangement was indeed beautiful. I've had the experience before of requesting specific colors in an arrangement, only to see (when the recipient sent me photos) that the arrangement was not at all what I had requested, and it would have broken my heart if this arrangement had disappointed.
