I asked for all the holes to be caulked and house to be power washed before painting. I have paint on every window and screen. Paint in the grass and also my neighbors yard.Paint on the driveway and sidewalk. I had to insist several baseboard be redone because the corners were just so badly done. A few others still bother me a year later. I have reglued almost all the rubber baseboards since they were installed.
