This review is solely based on my experience with Heidi and the customer service experience she provided. Heidi's indifference to her customer's concern is the reason I took the time to write this review. I paid for a consultation, lab work, and NAD peptide after being told shipping to my state would not be a problem. When I tried to reorder, I was informed the product could not be shipped here after all (mistakes happen, I understand).The part I don't agree with is they didn't care about their customer. I asked Heidi if they would refund me the consultation and lab fees. Precision Wellness refused a refund (I was ok paying for the product I used) for the services I paid for based on the earlier assurance that they could ship to me. After speaking with Heidi who made it clear she wasn't interested in the discussion, I asked Heidi to have the owner call me; that request was not answered. When I reminded the representative (Heidi) of our pre-purchase conversation (once with the receptionist prior to making the initial appointment and once with Heidi) about this exact issue, she said I had asked about a different product, yet expected me to cover the cost of that oversight, she took no responsibility and simply wanted to get me off the phone. For us, the customers, this experience raises questions about Precision Wellness's reliability, internal follow-through, moral business practices and willingness to accept responsibility for mistakes. I first went earlier this year and after a great conversation with Amanda. She REALLY LISTENED to what I was looking for; we decided on micro needling. I was nervous, first time ever doing anything! They made me so very comfortable, relaxed and listened me and only suggested what they felt I needed. Didn't try to over sell anything and in fact explained why certain things would work better for me than others. Signed up for their GLP-1 program and had no results. Reached out to the office and was told that they were surprised I was approved for the program. My BMI was a lower percentage than what they normally approve... meaning my current weight and desired weight loss fell under the normal requirements. So that's why I wasn't seeing any results. They gave me a few other options to try but still no results. I spent $800 for a gimmick... tried to get a refund because I felt they just took my money knowing I wasn't a normal candidate. False advertising for sure... I would not recommend this office for this service at all. read more

Tried the weight loss program, their compound treatment does nothing. It doesn't curb my appetite or anything. In seven weeks I have lost one pound. Tried to talk to a nurse at my weigh in and was told they were too busy and I should make an appointment for next time. I asked to have her call me and she said I could increase the dosage so I did with the same failed results. I have spoken with other patients who referred me to them and they are having the same failed results. This is a $700 program so this is very frustrating and disappointing. read more

This place took $160 for labs on Dec 23rd and gave me a 3 day turn around time and told me that a physician or physician assistant would go over my lab work with me. They did not get back to me till Jan 3rd only because after I called for the third time (and clearly I was bugging at this point). I never was able to talk to a Physician or a phys. assistant It was the front desk clerical person told me my results and that they were miraculously finally back that day when I called. But my lab report clearly shows that the lab work had been collected on the 23rd reported back to them on 12/24 Then they tell me my results were not good enough for them and there was nothing they can do. So I'm out of my money and I never got my consultation with a physician or an assistant to go over my results. All I got was my lab results and a whole lot of run around along with a loss of 160. They scammed me out of the money for labs. read more
