I know that precision auto tune always takes amazing care of our cars. I have had a Subaru Crosstrek, Mercedes GLC 300, and Ram 1500 serviced at this location numerous times. Whenever there is a problem with our cars, they work quickly to solve the issue. I had my Subaru towed to this location from Alabama after every warning light possible came on. Turns out it needed a new transmission and they worked with my warranty company to get this taken care of. Whenever I need an oil change, they do an impeccable job every time! I had a battery changed on my Mercedes here too and they did a great job. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here. read more

Polite gentleman running the shop. Spark plug issue resolved in under 2 hours and was ready the same day. Reasonably priced. read more

Robert at Precision was awesome! He was able to get my vehicle in same day, fix the issue and get me back on the road! They will always be my first choice to auto repair! read more

I rarely write a review but these guys are by far the most reliable shop I've been to. They didn't upsell me on anything extra, even had a mechanic let me in the shop explain in great detail what was wrong with my truck after taking it to the dealer where they were trying to manhaggle me. Highly recommend this business read more

Poor service You will never receive a call back from there and best of luck getting anything done my vehicle sat there for 3 months with absolutely nothing done Management isn't any better They are always short handed is the excuse however they keep taking on more jobs I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone read more

Best place around to get a great & fast oil change! The gentleman that work here are always so polite & get you in right away! They even go the extra mile for you sometimes without the extra pay! They are informative and helpful & don't try to hassle you into buying things you don't need nor want at the moment. I've recommended several of my friends and family to this buisness because of the great overall customer service as well as a job well done! oil change cost right under 60$ & they often have 10$ off coupons to be on the lookout for! If you're looking for a place to go, this is the one!! Never takes them more than 10 minutes, if even! read more

Driving home (over 900 miles) something started to drag under my car. Pulled in here and they found it was a shield, tacked it up and sent me on my way home. No charge but I gave them $$ anyway. It was quick, easy and they were so very nice. read more

Good: they get the job done and provided me with information on what needed to be done to my car. Bad: employees gave me the vibe that I wasn't welcome there, and one had the audacity to verbally express his negative opinion about my car without knowing that I was standing right there. I won't be coming back here anymore read more

Not a long wait, they do get people in and out quickly. I asked for oil change, transmission fluid change and a tire rotation. The only performed the oil change and gave me excuses of why they could do the rest. Then to top it they up charged me $20 for my oil change. Just some straight up shady stuff going on there. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I should have read the reviews on this place first! I would give zero stars if possible. I don't know if it's because Im a woman, or because I have an Audi, but they tried to over charge me for an AC compressor. They quoted $1859 for a job that should be $1000 or under, so I took my keys and left. ALSO, they don't use gloves so when I was handed my car back there was black grease and soot all over where the mechanic had touched my door, steering wheel, keys, AC buttons, and shifter. Just disgusting. read more

Would give zero stars if possible. Had oil changed in car with 4000 miles put filter on wrong heard car ticking only had 2 quarts oil Came to my house redid it again put on filter wrong took to Chevy dealer it was quart low next day. Dealer said several people had same problem. Didn't want to pay billed to have it checked. Would Never recommend to anyone. read more

They don't try and "Force Sale" you things you don't need. I highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for a "Honest Repair Facility" that will keep your vehicle on the road. read more

Precision Tune Auto Care - 2334 Hwy 45 north Behind Applebees... - Auto Repair Near Me - Columbus, Mississippi

This was my first business encounter with these folks. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and I picked the mid-range package they had to offer. After a few minutes from them taking the car into their garage, one of their techs comes to tell me that the front brake pads were "gone", and feared they were rubbing "metal-on-metal" against the roters. He recommended replacing them, and said they could do that for $160, plus a life-time warranty. That did raise a flag, knowing that we had the brake pads replaced with OEM parts just over a couple of years ago, and had no issues when braking, none whatsoever... Having planned a road trip 2 days later, I grew a bit reluctant to drive a long distance without making sure the brakes were safe. So, I decided to buy my own parts from our local AutoZone and replace them at home by myself. The parts and tools to accomplish that cost me around $58. It took me about an hour of my time since this was the first time that I had to personally change brake pads. What I discovered confirmed my suspicions about the techs credibility. The condition of original brake pads was far better than what he described. Their thickness was at 1/4 inch, and the roters surface was smooth. I will never recommend their services to anyone. I lost confidence in that place. One more thing I want to mention that is a huge pet peeve for me. There was a huge oily hand print left on the bonnet of the vehicle, and when I checked the engine underneath it, I found oily hand prints all over the plastic engine cover and parts, as well as oil dripping down from the engine's bottom. That tells me how little they care and what low level customer service they provide. All I can say is that you need to stay the heck away from this place, period. read more

Precision has been amazing for my Jeep needs. No one in Columbus is skilled to work on Jeeps and CHRIS at Precision has figured every problem out that I have brought to him. He goes above and beyond! Every time I get my Jeep back, it is in better shape (and a bit cleaner) than it was before there was even an issue. He always does that "little bit of extra." Friendly, respectful service by all workers there and fair, honest prices. I could not be happier with them! THANK YOU!!! read more

Our Lexus Hybrid had several computer system related lights come on all at the same time. We immediately called here to see if they would be able to perform a diagnostic and do the work on the vehicle. We were assured over the phone and once we dropped the car off that they could perform the work after they do the diagnostic. However, once the diagnostic was done we were then told that they could not do the work and they proceeded to charge us for the diagnostic. The diagnostic was a hand written list of computer codes they got from plugging in the diagnostic machine to the car's computer. All they told us was exactly what the dashboard had already told us and said we could take the diagnostic to another shop that works on hybrids. As expected when we brought it to a dealership service center, they said that if they are to do the work then they need to do their own diagnostic to see what the issue is. They deliberately lied saying they could do the work just so they could charge us to plug in a computer and write down a list of codes. read more
