Not a long wait, they do get people in and out quickly. I asked for oil change, transmission fluid change and a tire rotation. The only performed the oil change and gave me excuses of why they could do the rest. Then to top it they up charged me $20 for my oil change. DO NOT GO HERE! I should have read the reviews on this place first! I would give zero stars if possible. I don't know if it's because Im a woman, or because I have an Audi, but they tried to over charge me for an AC compressor. They quoted $1859 for a job that should be $1000 or under, so I took my keys and left. ALSO, they don't use gloves so when I was handed my car back there was black grease and soot all over where the mechanic had touched my door, steering wheel, keys, AC buttons, and shifter. Had oil changed in car with 4000 miles put filter on wrong heard car ticking only had 2 quarts oil Came to my house redid it again put on filter wrong took to Chevy dealer it was quart low next day. This was my first business encounter with these folks. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and I picked the mid-range package they had to offer. After a few minutes from them taking the car into their garage, one of their techs comes to tell me that the front brake pads were "gone", and feared they were rubbing "metal-on-metal" against the roters. He recommended replacing them, and said they could do that for $160, plus a life-time warranty. That did raise a flag, knowing that we had the brake pads replaced with OEM parts just over a couple of years ago, and had no issues when braking, none whatsoever... Having planned a road trip 2 days later, I grew a bit reluctant to drive a long distance without making sure the brakes were safe. So, I decided to buy my own parts from our local AutoZone and replace them at home by myself. The parts and tools to accomplish that cost me around $58. It took me about an hour of my time since this was the first time that I had to personally change brake pads. What I discovered confirmed my suspicions about the techs credibility. The condition of original brake pads was far better than what he described. Their thickness was at 1/4 inch, and the roters surface was smooth. I will never recommend their services to anyone. I lost confidence in that place. One more thing I want to mention that is a huge pet peeve for me. There was a huge oily hand print left on the bonnet of the vehicle, and when I checked the engine underneath it, I found oily hand prints all over the plastic engine cover and parts, as well as oil dripping down from the engine's bottom. That tells me how little they care and what low level customer service they provide. All I can say is that you need to stay the heck away from this place, period. read more

Our Lexus Hybrid had several computer system related lights come on all at the same time. We immediately called here to see if they would be able to perform a diagnostic and do the work on the vehicle. We were assured over the phone and once we dropped the car off that they could perform the work after they do the diagnostic. However, once the diagnostic was done we were then told that they could not do the work and they proceeded to charge us for the diagnostic. The diagnostic was a hand written list of computer codes they got from plugging in the diagnostic machine to the car's computer. All they told us was exactly what the dashboard had already told us and said we could take the diagnostic to another shop that works on hybrids. As expected when we brought it to a dealership service center, they said that if they are to do the work then they need to do their own diagnostic to see what the issue is. They deliberately lied saying they could do the work just so they could charge us to plug in a computer and write down a list of codes. read more
