I have used his services for many years now and have found both he and his wife to be very nice, very helpful and they know what they are doing. I have brought lawnmowers (push and riding and finaly a 0-turn) in for repaire as well as purchased new units from them. They always had the parts that I needed or else could get them within 2 - 3 days. Any questions that I had about how or what to do something, they were quite willing to explaine to me what and where to look and how to test it afterward. I have never had any problems with the prices or the services they performed (from fixing a cylinoid switch to replace the motor with a bigger one). I know that some people do not get along with Mr. Ross, but in business, you do the best that you can and hope for the best because you can not make everyone like you nor agree with you. I would have NO reservation about recomending their business to anyone either looking for a small engine repaire shop or a point of sale. I found them to be honest, upright and very good at their buisiness and their prices.

We called, they insisted it wasn't them and very sarcastically said, you just need to buy another lawnmower. I would not recommend them for any service.
