My new mainsail from Precision Sails.
    Don M.

I looked at several on-line sail lofts to replace the mainsail on my Catalina 36. I selected Precision because they were the best deal and the sail is custom made. About 6 weeks after I gave them my measurements, my sail arrived on my doorstep via Fed-ex. I installed it the next day. It fit perfectly, good quality construction reinforced on the corners. I'm very glad I found Precision. I'm enjoying breaking it in. You will not be sorry by selecting them for your new sail.

I unfortunately hit a rock North of Van Isle marina this summer. It was a holiday Sunday but Martin…read moreat Vector Yacht responded within minutes and sent a crew down to do an emergency haul out. He even gave us his car to get to our pick up place to get home to Seattle. The damage was very significant with a complete loss of the stbd Zeus pod and hull damage. Todd took over from there. Obtaining parts and a new pod was a challenge but throughout the process the communications were excellent. When repairs were complete I flew up to pick up the boat. The repairs were absolutely perfect. In addition the boat had been immaculately cleaned after a lot of repair work. The professionalism and quality of repair work deserves more the 5 stars!! Hauled out for bottom painting and reinstall of a fresh water pump…read more Once back at slip, the water pump was functioning poorly and the Espar would not start. Ended up having a 'cracked ' water pump rebuilt by a reliable business on the same street. However the Espar would not turn on. Vector, via its 'Service' Manager gave runaround re it being a dealer and no one was available to check it out. Turns out the reason for its failure is the Vector installer(s) of the Pars Pump (I assume in an attempt to increase pressure ) decided top off the starboard water tank. It wasn't until a trustworthy Ben attempted to prime the fuel line to unit ,then opened the aft fuel tank (exclusively used for the Espar) to discover it was a 50/50 mix of water and diesel. Thus further $1600 spent to repair faulty Pars Pump and still have a non working Espar heater and a 35 gallon fuel tank full with a water/diesel mix.

Look for another Company to Deal with, I will tell you our store and you can make up your own mind…read more Our yacht broker setup a paint job and a few other items to be done on our yacht at a price of 6000.00 Canadian or a little over 4000.00 us, The yacht was to be loaded on a boat to ship to Florida as they had 4 weeks to complete a maximum 1 week job. Keep in mind we are from the US and they are in Canada, we where told by Gordon Stark (Raven Marines crook) it was ready to go, We show up 1 1/2 days before it was to be loaded on the transport ship. Well to make along story short we did not even have paint on the bottom of the Yacht, So for them to drop our yacht back in the water we had to pay them 22,000.00 Canadian. we already had paid over 40,000 to ship the boat so they knew the had us and we had to pay the EXTORTION MONEY. I will never spend another American dollar with the canooks So if you use them bend over cause it's really going to hurt Greg PS if I could post pictures I would

We highly recommend Raven Marine. We recently arrived on our boat in Canada from the US and found…read morethat our macerator pump would not empty the holding tank. We went to a marina in Sidney, BC, but the marina pump-out system was out of service, so we needed to fix this problem quickly. We called Raven Marine as soon as we arrived, which was on a Canadian holiday, and were pleasantly surprised that they answered and agreed to send a mechanic the next morning. He arrived on time, carefully checked the tank vent, rebuilt the pump, tightened the deck fitting, and the problem was fixed. When we got their bill, i questioned the amount of time, and they readily agreed to reduce it. Working with Raven was a very positive experience.
