Her communication skills in our conversations leading up to booking with her were excellent and made me feel comfortable welcoming her into our home. She made sure to confirm with me the morning of the clean and also let me know when she was on her way over. The cleaning Kaitlin provided not only made our home feel better (and look better!) but also put my mind at ease knowing I had one less thing to worry about!
