Our home has orange peel textured walls, and Rudy not only repaired areas with putty and previous damage -- he blended everything so seamlessly, you'd never know the walls were touched. He did a color consult with me and really took his time to explain how certain colors would look, gave recommendations and educated me on how things would turn out. I was initially being charged $290, which is a significant amount of money for the scope of the cleaning I requested. Unfortunately, the cleaning was extremely underwhelming. The company sent me a detailed checklist outlining what would be included, but many of those items were not completed. Even the trash was not taken out, despite trash removal being listed as part of the service. There was still trash left in the trash cans and underneath the couch. I also found dirt and debris underneath the couch that clearly had not been cleaned. The inside of the refrigerator and the cabinets were also not cleaned, even though I understood those areas to be included in the detailed cleaning I purchased. The bathroom was one of the main areas I specifically asked to be detailed, and even that was not completed to the standard I expected. There were still areas with visible dirt and buildup. The bedroom also required very little cleaning, yet it did not appear that the detailed services were actually performed there either. I was home during the cleaning, so I personally observed that some of these areas were not being addressed. That is particularly frustrating because the service was marketed as a detailed cleaning, not simply a quick surface-level cleaning. If you are going to charge nearly $300 to clean a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom, the services advertised should actually be completed accordingly. When I contacted them about the issues, I was offered the option of having someone come back and redo the cleaning. I declined because I am not comfortable having someone else return, and I cannot afford to take another afternoon off to accommodate another cleaning appointment. I requested a partial refund instead because I paid for services that were not fully provided. I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing exactly what is included in the service before booking and making sure you document the condition of your home afterward. Based on my experience, the quality of the cleaning did not justify the nearly $300 price.

The paint job looked good upon first glance but because he freehanded the project and didn't tape out sections that should be left unpainted, there were paint droplets left all over the various surfaces of my place. He also completely forgot to paint the back of the closet doors, and did not respond to my texts and emails asking for them to be completed. If you don't care about having perfect quality, he'd be the person to go to, but otherwise find someone who is more meticulous.
