My first impression was WOW!!! As I spoke with Justin about what I was looking for, he was very knowlegible and very helpful on explaining everything I needed to know about the handgun, optics, light and ammo. Once we determined my setup I desired, he quoted me prices and explained the whole process of the purchase and the application process. He made me feel right at home like I have know him all his life. Family owned and they simply get it !…read more Let me explane, inventory can kill a hobby shop so usually you get an empty shop and you hear " I can order that for you" well unfortunitly by the time you spend money on gas you can click it on the Internet. WIth Extreme, they carry just the right balance of larger supplies but tons and I mean tons of support parts . Defintly worth the trip and then ordering anything larger you may need. As far staff, I have met everyone from the owner to most of the RC kids in the store and they all know there stuff, super helpful and most are avid RC enthusiast in some form of cars, boats or planes. I have seen them get the typical abuse while in the store from customers that buy something, break it and then say " I don't know what happen, it crashed and can you give me a full refund lol" . It's takes patience to be in this business today when so many consumers simply want to buy, fly , break and return lol . Trust me, this is a great shop, great owners and we can only hope they stay aorund for a long time !
