He didn't rush to get on to the next inspection. When he was done, he emailed a copy of the full report immediately and took the time to go over it in person. He offered suggestions on the items that were major concerns and which to tackle first. He is incredibly knowledgable and reasonably priced. I would recommend having him inspect any home you are thinking of selling or purchasing, even if there has already been an inspection done by another party. While we don't know if we will be selling the home at this point, we wanted to make sure there were no major issues with the house. I suggest having him inspect your current home as well!
