Save your money and go with a different company! the crew…read moreleft my driveway a mud pit that you can hardly walk across without falling down, tire marks through the front yard. they broke my fence that is shared with the neighbour, the neighbours raised garden bed, and one of the steps into my backyard. they did the initial job that was promised, albeit not well, they left empty water bottles in my yard, and a bunch of the debris that was supposed to be loaded into the bin they had delivered. they also almost had a bin put on my neighbour's front lawn, she was livid. they gave me additional quotes after the initial job was finished, and we agreed on a plan. two weeks after they were supposed to start, and no job was started. they were incredibly unhelpful, and very delayed on responding to questions. ended up cancelling since we were clearly not a priority to get any work done - had already given a sizeable deposit and was told I could not get even a portion of it back, since they wouldn't be getting paid for any other work for the week because e of my cancellation. However, I was told this on a Friday - and no contract was ever signed to say the deposit was non-refundable. they also took yard tools that i had purchased myself with them when they took the rest of their tools, so now I'm out the money having to replace those tools. I have contacted the company to talk to them about this and they haven't responded to me. Overall, terrible business practices by these guys. So disappointed.

These people have let me down repeatedly over the years. They took care of our sprinkler system…read morestart up and shutdown. At first they were great but their main person got sick and quit. They hired someone else but things fell apart. They didn't respond to calls that I made for service, nor did they ever take the initiative to set things up before I called them. The worst is that they just left me without anyone to shut my system down, to blow out the lines, for the winter! I cannot even express how angry I am that they would leave me in such a state. My whole system could get ruined if not shut down properly. i would stay clear of this company as it is run very poorly and will leave you disappointed again and again.
