Everyone had a great attitude. They were working hard, so I even jumped in to help unload some flooring and clean up a bit. That's not something I'd normally do, but they were just good people. The installation looked great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. I had to catch a flight the next day, so I didn't get a chance to inspect every room before leaving, but from what I saw, everything looked excellent. They even stayed late to make sure everything was finished before I had to leave for the airport. That meant a lot because my schedule was tight. Called back at 5pm to say they couldn't make it, and would call back in 48 hours. FOUR DAYS LATER I called again, and was told that they would check with someone & call me right back-FIVE HOURS LATER I HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED. His help was very professional and arrived when scheduled. However we did have issues with getting the owner to return calls and answer messages left at the store/office, to get our project on their schedule. Our total project was held up because of communication, or lack of, on his part. Also, upon contracting be sure to get a written quote, we didn't and it cost us more than budgeted.
