The kitchen work required plumbing (they are also plumbers) mod's to move kitchen sink drains to a new peninsula sink location. Very pleased with the results and the price for both projects was very reasonable. They are timely, and the quality is excellent. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I'm sure everyone's not happy with every job they've done, but I wanted to make sure that at least I offered an honest assessment from a very satisfied customer, as well as someone who will use them again for other work. We had just purchased a new pump from Gator in October and our pump stopped working suddenly today. I called Gator and they had a plumber (Dennis) at my door in less than 30 minutes...Turns out an ant decided to try and build a home under the contacts for the pressure switch. Dennis fixed the problem in just a couple of minutes. Despite them coming out to fix a problem that wasn't related to any work they had done I wasn't charged a penny...WOW I would not hesitate to use them in the future and I Highly Recommend them to anyone wanting Quality service.

BEWARE the company is never at fault, it is always the consumer.....they broke the tub we ordered, we had to order a new one, damaged the vanity, never pulled a single permit, they ran new electrical incorrectly, pulled live wires in my 3 yr old daughters bathroom and left them exposed. They had walked off the job numerous times. This company is never timely, always either never shows, or 3 hrs late. They did not do half the work they agreed to and cut corners at the owners expense. The reason they were fired was because the employee was caught digging through our dirty clothes inspecting my wife's underwear then searched for her underwear drawer and continued to inspect all the undergarments. The measuring team did a pretty good job although there was a couple inaccuracies that caused some issues during installation. We use our own Installer; so when the cabinets were installed, Angela didn't like to be bothered with questions or concerns. She does not like to talk on the phone and will text only which can be maddening when you are trying to troubleshoot. They sold us a pull out drawer under the kitchen sink, which could not be used because our plumbing was coming from the floor, which they knew, but still did not want to give me a refund for the unusable pull out. The wrong hood mechanics was originally ordered, when I reached out to her, she ordered another hood kit and charged me 106 more dollars. When it arrived, it was the wrong hood kit also. She will not refund me the money for either hood kit And instead of talking to me about it, she has blocked my phone number. He put together a proposal, which included a detail list of materials, as well as 3D models showing the kitchen at many different views, and pricing was very fair. From there everything went pretty much seamless. Based on his models, I made changes to my original plan and was able to optimize my space. Their installers are top notch.
