beware---- today is monday i called friday and spoke with kim asking if i could get all my…read morebelongings out of my car before they towed it off. she said yes to come monday morning. i asked her if she was sure they wouldn't tow my car off before then she said not they give the tow company permission when to tow it. so this morning which is monday i drive up there and when i get there the tow truck is towing my car out of the place. i try and flag the tow truck down they tow truck doesn't stop i go inside and said hey you said you would wait for me to get my stuff and their response was ohhh sorry!! said they wouldn't even call the tow truck driver because they came from houston.. but the tow truck was literally just pulling out of their parking lot. i lost my belongings and was treated as oh well too bad!! will never go to this place again and the disregard to my belongings was the most horrible customer service i have ever encountered around here! thanks for nothing smh!!!!
