I have nothing but good things to say. They are great?!My a/c blower went out in the early evening,after hours. The technician was here very fast to diagnose the problem. Turned out the blower mower needed to be replaced. This was on a Thursday evening. By 5 pm Friday I had a new blower motor.. A/C works great. Woke up at 2am to find that the heater was not working. Having very young children I scrambled and called Precisions number. It was 44 degrees outside. Within 30 minutes a technician named Clint showed up at 2:30 am. 45 minutes later he had my unit working. Clint worked quick and quietly refusing to let me turn the lights on in the house (He didn't want to wake the children). Very reasonably priced for a 2am weekend call. they quoted $3200 to install a mini split ac in my RV. outrageous. then one of their employees said that he would put it in for $500. This guy didn't install it properly. Didn't go by the instructions for install. charged me another $238 for the cooper tubing and wiring which was more than what was needed for the job. He came out 4 times because it quit working. said it was because of the temperature outside and the temp I had it set at. I called another company to come out. He said it was not installed properly and it was leaking Freon. I fired the guy from precision air and asked for some of my money back, he refused . l wouldn't let them install a flag pole. read more

I had two technicians come to visit my school to try and figure out why one of our classrooms wasn't staying cool. Both technicians left without speaking to me and I had to call the office to find out what they thought the issue was. The manager I spoke with on the phone was condescending and rude to me. So after two visits, I still have zero answers. I absolutely do not recommend this company. read more

My AC was old (R22 from 2006) and went down. Called Precision air to come out and get me a quote for a new system. I had several quotes from the competition and they came in much lower than I thought. Several things I noted where they came out on top for me up me I'll explain. Price was amazing compared to competition. The unit they put in was 16 seer as opposed to the more expensive quotes I got for 14 seer units. They offer a 10 yr parts/compressor/labor warranty without extra charge. Competition only a 5 yr labor and charge extra if you want to bump it up to 10. I was loving the biannual checkups they do at no charge for the first year. They did more than what others were going to do (new drain pan, overflow switches, blew out condensate line and replace part of it altogether, and secured the high side line outside that was dangling loosely from the old unit, replaced the old fuse panel with new too ). They were great to work with. Their communication and response time was great! Installers were nice, friendly, and did great work! Looks great both outside and inside! They cleaned up and hauled all the old away.And best of all, it's way better than my old unit! They also secured the unit for windstorm to the concrete slab and leveled it out. I strongly recommend this company for your ac work! You will be pleased! This was the experience I was hoping to get and they delivered! read more

Had a problem with my electric heater not working. Called precision air and they were quick to respond, sending a repair man out within a couple of hours. Technician was unable to diagnose the problem and suggested replacing the entire heater module which was much more expensive ($400 parts + labor to replace). Used the usual part-changer repairman's fallback argument that a switch here and there would add up to a significant cost and it would be better to just replace the whole module. I reluctantly agreed to replace the entire heater module to just get it repaired and be done. The technician called the next day to say he could not get the module as they were not Trane-certified repair company and then suggested replacing the entire air handling unit for thousands of dollars. A couple of YouTube videos and an ohmmeter later I managed to find the malfunctioning high limit switch and ordered a replacement for $40 which fixed the unit. Not HVAC diagnosticians but part changers. Where's the expertise? read more

The service they provided was some par. It started off when the technician showed up and he was 3 hours late. He said that my AC unit was out of freon. He came back with a bottle of freon and attempted to put freon inside the system. But the bottle was empty so apparently he was out of freon too. I asked him if the AC system should be running when he tried to put the freon in there. He said like the bottle it would just fill itself up. But he was the professional I thought. I asked him if the AC unit would be able to turn on.He takes a look at the system and says that the contactor was bad. Ended up replacing the contactor but somehow installed it upside down. After that the AC system started right up and was cooling great. I guess I didn't need the freon after all he said it needed. He came back with a bill for $945. It was for 6 pounds of freon and a contactor. I told him that his bottle was empty how did he add freon. The technician said oh I forgot. I was like really. I'm not sure if the guy was high or just stupid. I'm pretty sure he was high. These people here at precision air we're just trying to scan me. Come to find out precision air used to be rapid air. They had their license pulled many times and a horrible reputation. Wish I had known that sooner I would have never used these jokers. My advice stay away from these people and find someone else. They are a complete joke. read more
