They called, made an appointment, were on time, came out, and we had a signed contract the 1st week of December for a new cage. They told us then they were booking work out into July, and sure enough, the last week of July they were at the house and started work. The design was to the new code, with panoramic walls. They stripped out the old framing bolted to the cement, installed the new framework with hurricane fasteners, super screening to keep no-see-ums out, new 7" super gutters and two new 42" screen doors. They were meticulous in their work. Everything fit together perfectly - no gaps or bridges between parts. The screening is tight and seamless. They cleaned up everything after the job was done, and came back a couple of days later to do some touch up painting where a piece of the framing was scratched in transport. Some of our neighbors had a lot of difficulty with the companies they used- huge delay, incomplete work, repeated return trips to fix issues. We had none of that. And, the price, which included all permitting and engineering drawing and fees, was lower than what they paid for their comparably sized (23'x36'x 4' Mansard roof on top of 9' walls plus a 9'x12'x9' extension). Their work passed inspection the first time. The new cage is beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the work. In fact, we had them rebuild out front door areaway and have them coming back to install gutter guard for us. See the pics. We highly recommend Topla, Inc.

We gave him a $400 deposit towards the purchase of the door. Several months passed. We reached out again about the status of the door. He claimed that there was a family issue and offered a refund. We replied that we still wanted the door. February 12 We reached out. We had to remind him of the transaction on Feb 14 He stated that he had to reach out to see if the door was still there with his supply house. He stated he would need to reach out to the supplier on Monday, March 4th We asked if there was any word on the door on Monday, April 8th. We asked for any updates on the door on Friday April 12th. We asked for a refund on Friday April 12th, and he responded with " Afternoon, if you didn't persist that I reordered the door sir I'd be happy to. I believe I tried to do just that a couple of times sir.. It is already ordered sir. I believe the conversation ended with that being your decision and I left you with.., I'd be in touch when it came in sir. it has not. We responded with " I don't mean to be a nuisance but since it has been almost 2 months since we heard from you, we didn't know what to think? Of course, our first choice is to have the door!
