DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY INTO YOUR HOME!! We have a new build and every time we came to check on our new home his cards were here. I'd toss them and next time there would be more. The DAY we closed he was ringing our bell, told me he knew how many windows we had and he had blinds for us! I told him he would have to come back because we literally JUST walked in. A week later here he came. And would not leave. 7 hours in my home. Literally writing contracts for other people on my boxes whole sitting on my only stool. We agreed he could come in and measure. Then tells me it will be $4500 for all my blinds. I said no thank you. So he sits there and waits while I try to get ahold of my husband. Literally texting my husband that he won't leave. So magically his price comes to $2500. I agreed to that in hopes I could get rid of him as I had unpacking to do. He finishes our contract. Tries to make military small talk since I'm unpacking all of our military gear, says he was in the army and how he came down here, met his wife and then began working for her family company. His brother in law is the supposed owner of Precise Blinds. Told me I could just write a check and he would take out taxes. I thought that sounded weird and a little schemish but if that got him out of the house, then good bye! Fast forward three and a half weeks after being told 10-14 days, my husband calls to find out where our blinds are. Surprise. No answers. Finally gets ahold of someone and "oh there was an issue at production, they need to know what side we want out pull on". He tells them and they hang up. Somehow later that day the company calls back and says our blinds came in and could they schedule install. He says great, Tuesday will be fine. Tuesday is here. Two men in a Brighthouse van, full Lowe's attire and 4 boxes of blinds right from Lowe's are standing at my door. They clearly see my confusion and tell me "oh we work for Lowe's but are here on behalf of Precision" (notice Precision is not even the company name????). They then tell me "you do know this install is only for 4 garage blinds right?" No, no I do not. I try calling Kent's cell phone only to be sent to VM and repeatedly call the office with no answer. I have at this point left messages on both phones and have yet to have a return phone call. The Lowe's men were nice but when I said my husband would move his stuff they proceeded to bang the lawn mower out bumping my car then again when they drug the ladder thru. This company is VERY HIGH PRESSURE. Be aware. Do not let them in. New construction homes, Kent will leave cards in EVERY drawer in your home, he thinks it's funny. STAY AWAY from them. Go to Lowe's and buy your own blinds!!!! read more

Horrible horrible company. I ordered shutters in June 24, 2017. As of October 11, 2017 I have not received the product. Several calls weekly made to inquire about the status only to get different excuses as to why they haven't come in. First excuse was the order was not in yet; due the hurricane there was a delay; waiting on the truck to deliver; the other was that they would call the manufacturer and get back to us. I was told that they would call and text the owner and get back to us. I never got a call back. I sent an email to the owner with no response. I have now disputed the charges with the credit card company as I have not gotten my blinds after 4 months. read more

I would give zero rating if possible. This company stole my money. They came out to do the quote and measure and informed me that they could provide me a better price if I paid deposit by cash rather than credit/debit card. I didn't have enough cash on me at the time (deposit was $900), but said I would run to the bank but was informed that they would take a personal check rather than wait and to make it out to the owner "Christopher Hanline" which I did (yes....I guess I'm an idiot). When I called to check on my order a couple months later they told me it had never been ordered as they were waiting on appointment to measure...news to me as the guy measured when he was out the first time and told me that the next step was that they would call me to set up install as soon as the order was in. They have since gone round and round with me and have not refunded my deposit despite stating they would. I am a single mother supporting 2 children without any financial assistance (one of which is currently in college and the other headed there after this school year) and have no choice but to file a case in small claims court as I can't afford to just throw away $900....how ridiculous. read more

Stay away from this company. I order window treatments for my sliding glass doors on January 4, 2017 and my credit card was charged for the deposit on January 5, 2017. I was told that it would take 10 to 14 days for the window treatment. I called the company about January 18 to inquire about the order and was told it had not come in yet. I called again on January 26 and 27 and again was told the order had not arrived. I was continually told that the owner was not in and that she was the only person who handled that particular manufacturer. I continued to call almost daily and still no window treatment. I received a call on February 6 telling me the window treatment would be arriving from the manufacturer on February 7. I called on February 9 and again was told that the shipment had not arrived. I called on February 10 and was told they had to speak with the owner and they would call me back. You guessed it, no phone call. I then contacted the manufacturer who said they would contact the vendor. On February 13 I received a call from Precise Blind telling me that my deposit would be refunded and it could take up to 7 days. After that did not happen I contacted my credit card company to initiate a dispute of this charge. They give the vendor 15 days to refund the money but of course no refund of my deposit came so the credit card company has initiated the dispute. Fortunately, I used my credit card for the deposit. I was trying to give my business to a local company who was listed as a vendor under a reputable manufacturer but that was a mistake on my part. Stay away from this company as they will only take your money and not deliver what was promised and give you the run around. read more

I would not even give them 1 star. We are having the same issue as the individual stated below. We ordered our blinds and were told 2 1/2 to 3 week by Kent Massey the sales manager. He was very attentive during the sales process, coming out multiple times and following up. Since it has been more than 2 1/2 - 3 weeks and we have not received any communication from Kent or PBI, I reached out to them. I have tried calling Kent Massey several times and he does not respond via text or when you leave a message. I then contacted the office 3 days in a row. I left a message the 1st day and no one called me back. The 2nd and 3rd day, I was told by two different women that the owner orders the blinds and that they would get back to me with a status update by the end of the day. I have not received a call back from either individual. I am not sure if we are going to get the product that we put a deposit down on and we are beginning to think this company is committing fraudulent practices. PBI contact information was given to us by our builder, so we are in the process of making sure the builder knows what our experience has been so that they do not continue t to give out PBIs cards. We are also looking into other options regarding this company, as we have no idea if we will actually get the product. I normally never write reviews, but I do not want anyone else to go through what we are going through and it seems others are or have experienced. I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all Hopefully this review saves someone from the headache we are going through. read more
