Hopefully this review will prevent other parents from having to go through the experience my child…read morehad from this place the second day there she got a deep scratch on her eye and cheek they told me that she and another child was reaching for a toy at the same time and the other child got mad and scratched her in the face. They wrote up an incident but refused to play back camera to justify the incident. I tried them again despite what my husband said and two weeks later she had scratches on her neck and chest like someone grab her by her collar and once again they wrote up the incident and told me the same excuse as before; " she and another child was grabbing at the same toy", that was the last draw she no longer goes there. I should of called the police to get a better explanation than that...... my child had just made 2 had no experience with daycare, fighting or interaction with any kids... I feel she shouldn't have been subject to being scratched up helplessly. They have cameras but parents have no access to them not even to check on your children throughout the day. You think the money you spend with them you should have camera access to check on your kids what is there to hide? Was it an adult or child miss treating my child who knows but that explains why she was hesitant going inside every day. The lesson I learned is your child's reaction to a place after one week is key! Don't let the white picket fence fool you!!! A star for appearance...

I loved the school it was clean, neat, very secure & all the staff was very friendly & informative. I went ahead and scheduled a Montessori morning so my daughter (3yrs) could test the waters. She absolutely loved it & is now enrolled! She stays in august so I will update my review then but so far so good! Happy baby & happy mommy :)

My only complaint about this school is it only goes up to age 6. If they had more grade levels I…read morewould keep my kids there forever! It is a traditional and accredited Montessori with a stable staff with decades of experience and certifications. Both my children have gone here and learned and grew by leaps and bounds. My 2-year-old would come home knowing things I would expect of a child twice her age. They cover all areas of development and not just standard academics. Skills such as practical life and manners alongside science, social studies and cleaning up. All classrooms are very quiet and organized and kids are engaged in their personal learning activities. Teachers are polite and direct with students and help to guide their development in a positive way. My kids both were always excited and happy to go to school and upset at the end of the day when they had to leave. My child's current teacher is Ms. Vanessa whom she adores. She has tons of experience and has helped my child to blossom in ways I never imagined were possible. I look forward to what the next few years bring.

We did not get an orientation, so we did not know what to expect the first day…read more To my surprise, we weren't allowed to enter the facility and were not even allowed to see the teacher face to face. Manager Maria Cervantes told me I could make an appointment to meet the teacher, but Maria ignored our emails and calls. We tried for several days. We had to call the Avance Headquarters to speak with Ms. Montgomery, who confirmed that they were not letting parents go into the facility to meet the teachers and that the teacher is not even allowed to send pictures to parents so parents could see how their children are doing. She also confirmed that I could not go in the facility to Amy's classroom, not even with an appointment. We took our daughter to Avance anyways because we needed this help, but our daughter was always full of tears and snot all over her face when I picked her up from Avance. They see kids like that. Why don't they clean their face or at least give them tissue? I was part of the policy council, and in the last zoom meeting we had, the Operation Director said that Parents are always welcome in the facility with an appointment. I was stunned! So I asked her again if this was true, and she said yes, Parents are always welcome to the facility. Ms. Montgomery was present in that meeting, and these all mean that the people that work for Jensen are hiding something. They are not following the program, and they do not care about parents or children. I promised my husband that this was the last thing I was going to take 7. Since our daughter came with two bruises in the back in her first week, they didn't even know what had happened to my daughter. With this review, I hope that headquarters will do something to save the children in this facility. children deserve to be treated with respect, love and have a safe environment where their parents should be involve and not uncommunicated.
