We LOVE Ms.Arriel and Ms.Chloe, they have been absolutely amazing with my child and this transition. I can't tell you how amazing this daycare is! My little Riker has been going here for 2 months and…read moreI absolutely love it. The owner, Mrs. Theresa, is so personable and easy to talk to about anything and the directors, Keera and Angie, are just as sweet and understanding. If I have an issue about anything, they are on top of it. The daycare itself is SPOTLESS. They seriously keep this place clean; every time I walk in the door Mrs. Angie is mopping or sweeping. The classrooms are beautiful and the baby room is MASSIVE. They have so many awesome swings and they always have new toys. They have a rocking chair in the room and sometimes I stop by in the middle of the day to nurse. The teachers in the room are great and seem to communicate really well with each other. They are always smiling and making goofy faces to make the babies smile. Every baby is on their own schedule and they are so on top of it all. I get a written report everyday of each time my baby is changed, eats, sleeps, the schedule of each staff member, what they did that day, etc. I can't imagine having my baby at a different daycare. I feel so comfortable leaving him there even if it's for 9 hours, I know he's being loved and in capable hands.

I currently have 2 kids enrolled here yet we receive a phone call that "corporate made a decision" and our 10 year old is no longer welcome there at the end of May. HE HAS GONE HERE FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS! Insane, so where exactly is a 10 year old supposed to go if not daycare? Now we are forced to find another option for his before and after school care and there are almost NO options within proximity to his school. This company just screwed up royally. I will be withdrawing BOTH of my kids. I guess our money is no good to them.

Where do I even begin with my love for KRK?! Marcie was my first contact and she had me sold from…read morethe moment I walked in. We have a 2 year old daughter that started here in March of 2023. These people love my girl and she loves them. We left our other daycare program at our local church for so many reasons and KRK took care of every single issue we had. Here are the reasons I love KRK TOMBALL: 1. Open 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM 2. They serve/provide all the food (peanut free school as well) 3. 11 holidays off the entire year (our old program had 35 DAYS OFF from August to May!! ) 4. Open all year long/ no summer breaks 5. Within very close proximity of our home 6. Cameras 7. No car rider lines/just park - also no issues with pickup because parents all pickup kids at different times of the day 8. Tip top security (mirrored windows, fences that are shaded in, coded entry, etc.) 9. Procare app - they utilize this app for classroom transfers, bathroom breaks, nap times, what they are learning that day, incident reports if any (booboos and treatment), and fun pictures when they play outside. 10. The cost is worth everything they provide here - esp the peace of mind (we pay $285/week for a 2T toddler 5 days a week) 11. f you request off in advance they let you take the week off cost free for a vacation (after being there a year) 12. If you refer anyone to KRK they give you and the referral a week off of pay! I could probably come up with 20 more things about why I love this school. On top of having everything together, the staff genuinely seems to love their jobs and working with little ones as I never see much turnaround. Thank you KRK Tomball for being one of the best things to ever happen to our family! We appreciate you more than you know.

This establishment does not care about the families and children. The facility has been closed for…read morean entire week and is still continuing to charge full price tuition. No services, no resources, and no teaching has been provided. We were trying to be understanding of the circumstances and suggested the week to be prorated or potentially pay half tuition. The owners and director did not even address the families and are still demanding full pay. (Again, for no service being provided). We are extremely disappointed in KRK as they do not take into consideration the working families having to take off work (not getting paid) and still having to pay full price for no services being provided. How is it fair that working families do not get paid if we do not go to work, but your employees get full pay for doing absolutely nothing for the week? Send your children somewhere else that CARES about family and your children.

My three children attended this facility and the lack of care that was given to my kids were…read moreappalling. The staff treated my children as if their voices needed to be silenced and was never allowed to voice when they were getting bulled by the non-minority there. My children were referred to in racial terms by other children there even went as far as my children being referred to as "Monkeys." When the staff was informed, they allowed that child still to attend this facility. The director did not try to offer relief but instead threatened to stop care for my children due to me speaking up and voicing my discomfort. I have really tried to resolve this but my voice of me and my children is being silenced. No longer will I put up with "blacked owned" business to silence my lips any longer. #standforjustice and #peace - Signed by a black family

I apologize in advance now about how long this review will most likely be slightly long…read more "This is why I LOVE Big Dreams Lil Wonders Christian Academy" In the beginning when all my children started at Big Dreams Lil Wonders Christian Academy my main concern was my special needs daughter Anais attending this facility and wondering if the staff members of this facility was able to accommodate her and her needs. WELL I was wrong because not only did the front office staff: Ms. Stewart & Ms.Maya made sure we felt welcomed and listen to ALL concerns, questions and thoughts I was having but they even made sure that they stayed very transparent and communicated with me and understanding my children and myself needs. When it came to the room she was aged to be she met Ms. Keisha and Since BEFORE my daughter Anais was even put in her class, Ms. Keisha has always shown patience, drive, empathy & most important UNDERSTANDING. When it came to Anais. A little back story about Anais is she is a 2 yr old Level 3 AUTISTIC child who is also partial deaf, she was also nonparticipating, immobile, introverted, nonverbal very shy, and timid child. A year and a month later; Anais speaks some words, participates, plays with other classmates and LOVES outside time with her classmates. Ms. Keisha has not only worked with her on developmental obstacles, learning appropriate age behavior skills but as well as performing in the class and working with her one on one; She also includes Anais in EVERYTHING the class does and makes her feel comfortable and confident to try the same things independently. I can't thank the staff enough for all they done for all my children but most importantly a huge special heartfelt thank you to Ms.Stewart & Ms.Keisha. Everyday that comes and it's time to drop off my children I no longer have that worry feeling inside or calling throughout the day checking to make sure she is ok. When it came to my youngest child Amira; Ms. Milagro ( aka abuela ) knocks it out park! Amira has been going since she was 4 weeks old and literally has grown up at this facility. Amira cries when it's time for Ms Milagro to leave for the day and walks in looking for her every morning. She not only understands Spanish, yet she also strives to do what her big sister does! Amira is learning colors, painting and more!!!! These three women are phenomenal and they know what they are doing! (Ms. Stewart, Ms. Keisha & last but most definitely not least Ms. Milagro) THANK YOU ALL. This is why I love and will recommend Big Dreams Lil Wonders Christian Academy to any/everyone.
