I initially went in just for a breast augmentation but now also do my Botox there, so a double win! From the initial conversation/consultation to surgery, the entire process was quick and easy, and the entire staff is amazing (Patty and Tiff make you feel like you're in good hands). Dr. Danovich and her PA Dr. Moore are personable, honest, professional, knowledgeable, and make you feel at ease from start to finish. They are also so incredibly easy to reach (and many times after hours) and so quick to respond during the entire process, which is great for any last-minute post-op questions/concerns; they are great with communication! The doctor and her assistant assured me that the only way to fix it was too put the filler to lift the cheek so eye bags will lift as well. I specifically mentioned that fillers is something I would be very careful about, especially in such a visible area lIke my cheeks. They reassured me that it is the only solution to my problem, and I went through the procedure. There was swelling but the doctor said it will go away. I had a follow up appointment a few weeks after, the doctor reassured I that it will go away. About 3,5 months later I was still swollen. By that, I mean people could even notice and tell me they see 'bumps'. I scheduled appointment with them to ask for help( the appointment booking system goes through text messages with her assistant) but..... When I showed up at the office, NO ONE WAS THERE. I was calling and texting for quite a bit until I got a response. They tried to contact me after saying it might be the case that I don't understand something, and I actually need MORE filler to fix the current issue. But obviously, I will not trust people who are so unprofessional to touch my face. Avoid

Why wouldn't you want to go to a doctor who has this much experience ? He's calms, answers every question, and doesn't rush ANY part of the process. Dr. Bruck answered questions I did not even know I had! My initial consultation was 2 HOURS LONG! I was given so much information & walked through the whole entire process. I left my deposit that day! I couldn't have made a better choice. I was able to get the surgery date I wanted & I was the ONLY patient in the beautiful surgery center. I was catered too, and I felt so comfortable . I was really nervous & Dr. Bruck even held my hand while they put me under. I've read horror stories of women getting absolutely no post op care, while this office EXCELS at it! Dr. Bruck checked on me multiple times during the week after surgery , along with his staff. Upon further research he in general gets ~ 3.6 stars. Not good if I'm trusting him with my body to do a surgery that's permanent. Just didn't get a good vibe. After I met with 2 other plastic surgeons and was so glad I did. Both spent way more time with me. I wound up with the 3rd. The second kept trying to push HIS vision on me. The 3rd really took the time with me to discuss what I want, my expectations and what works best with my body. Dr Greenberg may be good for you, he didn't work for me. Shop around it's your body. And parking is a nightmare!!!

But what followed was the most chaotic, unprofessional, and disappointing experience I've ever had with any medical office. When I decided not to go through with the surgery, I was told I could use my deposit toward Botox or injectables. Then I was told I couldn't. Then I was told I could again. Total inconsistency, but I still went ahead with treatment because I trusted the office to honor what they promised. That was my mistake. Dr. Greenberg performed my Botox--and it was by far the worst I've ever received. He did no assessment of my facial expressions, didn't ask me to raise my brows or frown--he just injected quickly, without precision or care. Two weeks later, I had no results--I could fully move my forehead, and my 11s were just as visible as before. I've gotten Botox many times and know what effective treatment feels like. This wasn't it. I came back for a touch-up, and again, the injector missed the mark. My 11s were still there, my forehead still moved, and nothing about my expression was softened. I called again and was told to come back once more for correction. This time, the injector told me that I couldn't be injected in a certain area of my forehead or I'd risk a droopy lid. I understand there are specific areas that should be avoided--but I wasn't asking to be injected there. I was asking for my 11 lines to be treated. She insisted she couldn't do it, and I've never once been told that before by any trained injector. It was confusing and made me seriously question their knowledge of proper technique and anatomy. At that point, I asked for a refund. The office manager came in and agreed to process it. I was told I'd get a receipt by text, and the money would hit my account in 2-3 days. That was over a week ago. I received no receipt. No confirmation. No call back. I've followed up via text, phone, and email, and have been completely ignored. I now had to dispute the charge with my bank just to try and recover my money. And still--no one from this office has followed up or tried to make this right. This practice is a mess. The service is subpar. The communication is careless. And the entire experience has been stressful, disorganized, and disappointing from beginning to end. I will never return, and I highly recommend others think twice before trusting your money, your time, or your face to this office. I also will be filing a formal complaint with BBB if I do not get contacted tomorrow! Thanks!
