Called and left a voicemail and within 10 minutes was called back! Came by that same day even after he had to go to a close friends memorial! The first thing that impressed me about Precision Power Electrical was the enthusiasm these…read moreprofessionals brought to their work. Brian was at my house the next day after I requested an estimate to replace my breaker panel. He assessed the job thoroughly, removing several panels to get a real understanding of my antique electrical system (none of the other contractors I called took this step). His estimate was the best, and far below the highest estimate that I had received -- it pays to shop around. While assessing my system, Brian noticed a problem with one of my lighting fixtures and fixed it on the spot, apparently because he loves electrical work -- he wouldn't take any money. Brian coordinated with other PPE professionals to obtain the necessary permits, and his team of three worked all day to install a new panel and bring order out of chaos. Other contractors cited "problems" with my old system that would cause extra work/expense, but Brian dismissed these, demonstrating rare integrity and honesty. The inspector passed the work in minutes, adding appreciatively, "You've got a real good job there." PPE stays busy, so book them early!

We recently hired Zion Electric to install a commercial security system in our Morristown,…read moreTennessee building, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. If you are looking for a dependable electrician in Morristown or Jefferson City, this is the company to call. I've been doing business in this area for more than 30 years and, without question, Zion Electric is the best I have ever worked with. I had the chance to speak with the owner, who has an engineering degree and a background with both a Fortune 500 company and Y-12 in Oak Ridge. After that brief conversation, I was confident I was making the right call. Their team was organized, professional, and efficient. From the initial walkthrough to the final installation, everything was clearly communicated and well-planned. They arrived on time, had all their materials ready, and worked in a clean, structured manner that made it obvious they take pride in their workmanship. The wiring was neat, the equipment was mounted professionally, and the system was installed to meet the highest safety and reliability standards. Once complete, they thoroughly walked us through the operation so we felt confident using it. What stood out most was their attention to detail and there was no confusion, no wasted time, and no mess left behind. If you need commercial electrical work or a trusted electrician serving Morristown, Jefferson City, and the surrounding East Tennessee communities, I highly recommend Zion Electric.

Rolen Electric is hands down the most professional company I've done business with in our area…read more Jennifer, who manages the office side and Andy, who works in the field and replaced my electrical panel were both very responsive to my nonstop questions. More importantly they are HONEST and do very good work for an amazing price. Not only did Andy come in way under what he estimated for the work he did, he also finished it sooner than expected. I normally do all of my own work because I've been burned in the past by other contractors and have even changed panels out myself, but I preferred to have this one done by a professional electrician so it would pass inspection as I'm selling my home and I'm not familiar with all of the code requirements. I spoke with many other electrical contractors before settling on Rolen Electric and given my own background, I knew that some of those other contractors were lying to me about what they said needed to be done. Additionally, some of them were charging more than twice what Rolen charged me. Some of the other contractors I spoke with either flat out dishonest or didn't know what they were doing because I knew that some of things they said were not true. One of them was giving me a quote on some other work that I wanted done inside my panel before I decided to have Rolen Electric replace it. Not only did the other contractor flat out lie to me about what need to be done, his quote was HIGHER than Andy's for much less work that would have taken no more than 2 hours. I kept asking that other contractor why the quote was so high for something so simple and he would never give me a straight answer and would only say it was "for materials." He knew I was on to him because he stopped answering my questions. In short, if you are having any type of electrical work done I would not use anyone other than Rolen Electric. You will get quality work, professionalism, and HONESTY for a very good price. I will be using Andy again for electrical work that needs to be done at the house I'm moving to.
