Thank you to all the staff at Centerline!! This business truly has a top notch crew and are all…read moreabout customer service. We live in California and were on vacation in our new Lance TT. We had a major problem with the slide out - one of the motors shut down while we were in Many Glacier and we had to push the slide out in manually, which is not an easy job! We were heading for Canada and Centerline RV at Lethbridge was the closest dealer so we went there hoping they would be able to help us - we were not optimistic about same day service though (we didn't purchase the Lance from them and we were from out of country). They not only helped us but they were AMAZING to deal with!! They got us in quickly and diagnosed the problem (kudos to the service technician and the mechanic!) - unfortunately there was a hiccup in that they didn't have the part and it takes 2-3 weeks to order from U.S. Disappointed, we thought we were going to have to end our vacation and head for home but Brad stepped in and made some creative executive decisions resulting in our TT being repaired and getting us back on the road same day. While we were hanging out, Dale Kruse spent some time showing us other TTs and 5th wheels - seriously, if I was in the market to buy a trailer I would absolutely buy from him. So knowledgeable and just generally a nice guy to deal with! We were so impressed with everyone at Centerline - highly recommend doing business with them!!
