Museum it isn't, but the variety is good in tap beers. Yes, I know, it's just a name, but why start off disappointed. The other turn off is cash only: Czech, euro, dollar, though unless you know about the exchange rate, you don't know. Other turn-off, TIP NOT INCLUDED, in about that large on the bill. The fact is tipping is not expected in Prague, good service is. The pretzels may have been made fresh but don't expect the soft yummy kind, these were hard as a rock. Our beverages were good, the prices, higher than expected but walked away ok except for the aforementioned above. Maybe your experience will be better.

This bar is nicely located near Charles Bridge with good views. We sat by the window and had a late night drink while people watching. Large selection of beers for every palate.

Beer tasting! They have 30 (or more) beers on tap and to taste. They have 6 pre made tastings. I got the lighter type with some German beers, sours and some flavorings like cherry. My BF got the heavier IPAs. Both turned out good. Have some tasters, you can also people watch and see the Charles Bridge.

Awesome food, beer, and service!! The young lady was quick on her feet..appetizers up, beer up, food up!! The food was great! Order pickled cheese and sausage...excellent!! The knuckle skin could be crisper but the meat was tender. Goulash was peppery. The ribs needed sauce. Used the goulash sauce for that. The beer flights are cheap. The taste size was huge!! Loved the cider!

This was a great spot for lunch after walking all over the town in the morning. At first thought, the name didn't make me want to visit. It seemed like a tourist trap, but many other locals had recommended this place to us. They have a great beer selection. You can even try all 30 if you want. I loved their Kingswood Cider and their Cherry Lager. My husband tried many different beers and he enjoyed all of them as well. It's great that they offer 3 different sizes or flights as well. We heard that Prague is known for the steak tartare. So we had to get some. It came out on a platter with different add-ons and it was very delicious. We also ordered their spicy grilled sausage and their pickled sausage. Everything went great with the beers.

The Prague Beer Museum Bar actually has no relation to the Prague Beer Museum. We had noted that Prague had a Beer Museum and were considering visiting it. We asked the bartender his thoughts on it, not expecting an honest answer. To our surprise, there was no affiliation between this bar and the museum, and he told us it wasn't worth the visit. This bar was worth a quick visit. We were able to sit at the bar, get some WiFi and drink some beers that weren't pilsners. While they had suggested flights, it was possible to pick your own beers in tasters. We opted for that route and tried any IPA or beers that looked hoppy. It was great because they were local beers, and not pilsners, however the beers still weren't the best. They did have a better selection than most places though. It was a small place and not too pretty to look at. I'm glad I paid it a short visit, but also glad I didn't spend a ton of time or money there.

We had finished a long day of walking and were looking for a good pub to lighten our load. At this point we had our fill of PU and Kozel (both are good but change is good too). This place rocks! Many flight choices so you can sample many czech beers (instead of just drinking pilsner urquell). We had the "hoppy" flight (non-IPAs) and the dark flight. While most are pils, they were for the most part unique and enjoyable. Friendly bar staff, a tasty pretzel voilá a great time.

Very interesting tour with great history of beer. Staff was super friendly and the beer was refreshing!

This place is great! Good prices for beer samplers. American music on the jukebox. And a beautiful view of the castle. Right in the heart of all of it. Great honey cake. Highly recommended!

Pretty unimpressive tourist trap where beers are nearly twice the cost of anywhere else, including the other branch of this business at the eastern location (on Amerika). Reasonably clean, and near attractions, which explains the high prices.

lovely beers! Get the beef tartars too! We came back twice for it ! First experience with raw beef and lemme tell ya it was a good one! IPAs were yummy as well as thejr light wheat beer! Beer was rotating by day so definitely come by and give it a try!

We stopped here on the way back to our hotel to try some beers. The service was very good, our server was friendly. He shared some tips with us and talked about his travels. The beer is a little pricey for the area. But you're paying for their extensive selection. It's nice to come by once, but next time I'd probably keep walking for a less touristy spot.

I was encouraged to order quickly as they close at midnight. The restaurant has a modern/hipster feel. I sat in the front area that had a mix of regular and high tables. The smell of grilled meat was in the air. Started with the Staropramen Eleven-what else?! Just wanted to get a sampling of Czech fare so ordered the grilled spicy sausage and assorted Czech cheese. There were 3 types of cheese and all were tasty. Tartare of Olomouc, whipped Blue Cheese & marinated Camembert. I Iiked the Camembert the most. They grind and make their own sausage & you can tell as they were seasoned perfectly and grilled just right. Service was good. That said, they were ready to finish up so if you come after 11 & want food have your order ready. This was the meal I needed after a few hours of travel!

The duck was tasty with a nice gravy and buns on the side. It was my first time trying kulaida but I enjoyed it despite having nothing to compare it to.
