AVOID AT ALL COST
Probably the worst costumer service I've ever had, the manager called simona acted like she works at a fish market and not a luxury store. When you shop there please make sure the item you are buying is in pristine condition. Mine wasn't, I was rushing and bought a £400 jacket as the store was about to close, when I came back to complain and request a refund the manager treated the situation in a very unprofessional way and simply said I was lying, something that has never happened to me and very degrading. I asked her to view the cctv so she can see the item was not in pristine condition and no one checked the item before bagging it but she refused to do so and said "the cctv is there when we are concerned and not the costumer". She kept rolling her eyes and invalidating anything I say and rolling her eyes.
