I run some Birmingham projects for a London based charity in this same field and when I get the go ahead to run a 'return to work' project. PPDG are the first people I call. They talk to all their clients about my project and after talking to them, send along the details of all those candidates that they feel will benefit from being on my programme. There are many 'Welfare to work' organisations in Birmingham, most are 100% funded by the tax payer and most of them are not at all pro-active in forwarding my detail to their candidates. But PPDG always do. Highly recommend whether you have been looking for work for a long time (your Job Centre Advisor will need to recommend you) or if you are looking for staff who really want to work. read more
