The service at the agency was fantastic. I felt valued because they quickly got to know who I was, so when I called they recognised me. They are very approachable and easy to talk to. Generally they specialise in administrative roles but if you're looking for something in particular, they're pretty good at finding the next best thing. Their website is quite dated and when I tried to update me details on there, it never seemed to work. I think they could do with investing more into the site.

It takes about 20 mins or so to register and they make you feel really at ease, then they look for a placement on your behalf. They deal with temporary and pemanent jobs and with most industries. They will also point you in the right direction if you are not sure what you want to so and will give you help with writing a Cv if you need it. There are roles from management through to warehouse workers, drivers and secretarial. Their biggest client is a huge local call centre and so its also good for younger less experienced people or those looking for a teturn to work - as no specific experience is needed for this company. The staff at check in are unfriendly and over worked. The queue to use the free phones are usually quite long, and once you get a phone the waiting times are phenomenal. To ensure the public are kept acquiescent, a cardboard cut out of a rather large male police officer stands in pride of place by the waiting area. Just as a reminder that if you get upset, then they will arrest you. If you are like many and are unlucky enough to be out of work then you may find yourself in this place, or one very close to it. I would recommend that you put your patience cap on and do what they say as they have the right to take your benefits away.

So, I was constantly going to every single Job Centre I could travel to; to try and have a look at what jobs they had on their systems. It's the same old same old really, if you've been into a Job Centre you'll know what I mean. They all look they same, they all seem to have a lot of people who look like they've never worked for a very long time (I'm so sorry to be stereotypical) but the day I walked in it wasn't a good picture of Job Centre's. There was a guy in there who was shouting because he hadn't received his benefits in time and he looked like he hadn't been to bed that night. It was interesting to see how the security handled the situation, because the man was soon sent packing which I thought was so funny. I always find some staff in Job Centre's not very helpful but in this centre they went too bad- could have been better but I was expecting excellent!
