We got a second opinion from a mechanic off post and the diagnostic concluded that the front end was installed wrong. Parts that were touching should not have been; they should be free. Upon calling and attempting to recover part of our funds for the installation being done improperly, we were met with denial of any wrongdoing before the owner would even look out our evidence. Instead he decided to find our vehicle based off of our home address(misuse of personal information) and phone harass us and our new mechanic. My front end was reinstalled by a different mechanic off post and now it drives as it did prior to the accident. It was their recommendation that I attempt to get a refund from New Beginning. They said that the work done was very rushed and not done correctly. Because of the improper installation, the alignment could not have been done. This shop charged me for a diagnostic (was not done), an alignment (was not done), and to install my front end (done improperly). Refused our diagnosis from the new mechanic before even looking at our vehicle. They still have not provided a refund for the shotty, rushed work that they did. I would not recommend this place at all. They will gaslight you into believing they did good work and not care to fix any of their mistakes. Go off post if you don't want to be stolen from and taken advantage of. I've never met such dishonest and rude people in my life.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Vaden Chevrolet Hinesville, and I want to start by saying…read morethat my experience with the **sales department was absolutely amazing--10/10 service.** Unfortunately, my experience with the **service department has been the complete opposite.** When I purchased my vehicle, I noticed that the exterior Chevrolet emblem was loose, so I scheduled a service appointment for early Tuesday morning to have it fixed. When I dropped the vehicle off, I also mentioned that the passenger-side heated seat did not seem to be working properly and asked if they could check that as well. The gentleman helping me at the second desk from the main entrance told me that would not be a problem, but they would need to keep my vehicle for 72 hours. Since I dropped it off Tuesday morning, I understood that to mean I should have my vehicle back by Friday morning or Friday afternoon at the latest. On Thursday, I called to check on the status and make sure everything was still on schedule. I was told that **they had not even started working on my vehicle and it had not yet been brought into the service bay.** I called again Friday and was told that my vehicle had finally been brought into the bay that morning. The woman I spoke with said the service advisor would call me back to answer my questions. I waited the entire day and never received a call. Saturday came and went with no update. I called again Tuesday morning--**a full week after dropping off my vehicle on its appointment time slot **--and was once again told that a message would be given to the service advisor and that he would call me back. I still have not received that call. My biggest issue is not simply that the repair is taking longer than expected. **It is the complete lack of communication and transparency.** Things happen. Shops get backed up, repairs take longer than expected, and unexpected issues come up. I completely understand that. What I don't understand is telling a customer 72 hours and then allowing an entire week to pass without proactively communicating that the timeline has changed. A simple phone call saying, "Ma'am, I know we originally told you 72 hours, but unfortunately we weren't able to get your vehicle into the bay until Friday. We apologize for the delay, and here is the new estimated completion date," would have made a huge difference. Considering the significant difference between the promised timeframe and the actual timeframe, even offering a rental or another accommodation would have shown consideration for the inconvenience. I have a child who needs to get to daycare, and I have to get to work. Being without my vehicle requires planning. If the service department knew they weren't going to be able to start working on my vehicle until Friday, I would have much rather picked it back up Tuesday and rescheduled for a day when they actually had availability to work on it. Customers should not have to repeatedly call just to receive basic updates, especially after being told multiple times that someone will call them back. I genuinely hope Vaden Chevrolet Hinesville improves the communication and customer service within its service department because my experience purchasing the vehicle was wonderful. Unfortunately, what should have been a relatively simple service visit has turned into an unnecessary headache. If you're bringing your vehicle here for service, I would recommend being very clear about the expected completion date and staying on top of the status of your vehicle, because my experience has unfortunately been extremely inconsistent.

Thankfully, we were led by locals to Autocon, where owner Nilton Contreras (a 10-year Army medic vet and father of six) and his brothers were so kind. We had to leave the car with them, so Nilton took us and our belongings to a hotel in the next city, and then we rented a car for the remainder of the trip until we could back to Autocon to retrieve my Buick. These brothers are amazing and truly care about their customers as individuals. They replaced the Buick's valve cover gasket with Buick parts and had the car ready in three days.
