This dealership has been awful from start to finish. I bought the vehicle 6 weeks ago which was a bad experience in itself and now still 6 weeks later I don't even have a current license plate on it and they have done extremely little to help me just like when buying the vehicle. Service department for work that was not done. Tire were supposed to rotated. One tire was leaking and also asked for that to be checked. A day after service the same tire went flat. Oil cap was left off after oil change. We were also told that oil was leaking and need $1,600 worth of repairs. The vehicle has been sitting on concrete for several days, with no leaks. It is terrible that you can't trust a dealership to perform work that you are being charged for. Why would the repair manager lie about oil leaking?? Who can we trust today?? Not the service dept at Kyle Durrence Chevrolet. We also spoke with the service department manager, Frank. He wanted us to bring the vehicle back? For what?? They cannot be trusted!! I have purchased 2 new vehicles from Kyle Durrence. The first vehicle had issues with a roof leak. The service department never could identify the problem after having it 3 times and more than 5 weeks. I also ended up coming out of pocket $300. because of their lack of submitting a warranty claim properly. Did I mention the problem was never fixed! So being aggravated with the roof issues I do a trade thinking they will treat me right because they weren't able to fix the leak. New vehicle purchased was priced $1000. more than advertised. When I brought it up they corrected it and reduced my trade in by $1000. thinking I wouldn't catch it. Three weeks after purchase I contacted GM financial to find out they had never paid off existing loan or processed the new loan. When I called the dealership they had no idea that it hadn't gone through. read more

This dealer is selling Canadian Kia's (used with very low mileage) and not informing the buyers they are from Canadian which in most cases voids any warranty Kia offers in the US. Making it nearly impossible to get anything covered under warranty. It also reduces the cars value and makes it very hard to trade in. This should be information that is shared with the buyer. They ask you to sign an "AS IS' form but they assure you that it still have the Kia warranty (it does not). BUYER BEWARE if your purchase used from this dealership. read more

Start by saying the salesman was professional and courteous. We were looking for a new used Sonata, they had a great car 4K miles inside was clean outside looked like it hadn't been washed in a month and actual cobwebs from the ground to the bumper. hey what better to sell a car when it looks like it's been not driven, right. But it drove well. Now it was posted on the Web for around 32K and after some negotiation we got a new #.. 36+ out the door. No wiggle room, hmm.. Ask for clarification and we are told we are losing on it as we (dealer) has 37K in it. Now I understand trying to make a profit, but telling a customer that they purchased a vehicle from a dealer auction just to loose money. OH MY.... I know there are rocks in this world but at least this pebble skipped away. Do your own research 2021 Used Sonata, what would you pay.. Don't want to hear from the GM, if this is how you do business, anyhow you would probably tell me to take my business elsewhere, which I will take your advise and do so. read more

Our family is very disheartened the way our elderly grandparents were treated at Durrence Layne Chevrolet Buick, and the matter still has not been resolved. It has been months and our grandparents have not received their title. Further investigation shows that the title has not even been submitted to the state. Durrence dealership has been slack in trying to get the matter resolved. My grandparents made numerous calls to the salesman, credit manager and general manager with no success in locating anyone that would talk with them or return a call. My question is where is the title? Why want they conduct themselves in a profession manner? Why would a professional dealership take advantage of a couple in their mid 80's? I see this not only as very unprofessional but abuse and taking advantage of the elderly. I don't know about you but I would advise anyone that mistreats the elderly to seek somewhere else for the purchase of a vehicle. During the time that the dealership was previously owned by Neesmith our family had purchased numerous vehicles for the farm with courteous, respectful, friendly and honest dealings. Neesmith gave you that hometown feeling. People that is a thing of the past. Durrence has not been honest, helpful or kind to our grandparents. Shame on you Durrence. read more

I have been here twice for service. The first time there were no problems, the most recent visit I was disappointed. I needed general service and also requested that my tires be rotated and brakes checked. I was informed that my brakes were ok but they'd check again next time. When I picked my car up it was immediately clear they didn't bother to rotate my tires as I have a plug in my left front tire and it is always at a lower pressure. Not only was it lower but it was at 23 psi which indicates to me they ignored the simple task of rotating them that I specifically asked to be done and makes me question if they bothered to check those brakes as well seeing that they still squeak and grind as they did before. Since the service manager must be rather incompetent in making sure all service is correctly completed I went and put air in my tire elsewhere and will not return to this location for any future needs. read more
