However, it was very apparent that something was wrong, the vehicle was veering all over the road. We got a second opinion from a mechanic off post and the diagnostic concluded that the front end was installed wrong. Parts that were touching should not have been; they should be free. Upon calling and attempting to recover part of our funds for the installation being done improperly, we were met with denial of any wrongdoing before the owner would even look out our evidence. Instead he decided to find our vehicle based off of our home address(misuse of personal information) and phone harass us and our new mechanic. My front end was reinstalled by a different mechanic off post and now it drives as it did prior to the accident. It was their recommendation that I attempt to get a refund from New Beginning. They said that the work done was very rushed and not done correctly. Because of the improper installation, the alignment could not have been done. This shop charged me for a diagnostic (was not done), an alignment (was not done), and to install my front end (done improperly). Refused our diagnosis from the new mechanic before even looking at our vehicle. They still have not provided a refund for the shotty, rushed work that they did. I would not recommend this place at all. They will gaslight you into believing they did good work and not care to fix any of their mistakes. Go off post if you don't want to be stolen from and taken advantage of. I've never met such dishonest and rude people in my life.

I took my older truck in for repair of the A/C system. The work was done that day, on time, and spot-on with the initial estimate. Two previous repair shops could not repair this condition correctly. It's only been two weeks since our repair and it may be too early to draw conclusions about the quality of repair. Based on our initial experience dealing with this business, we would rate this business as a 5-star repair source.

First there is no Saturday hours so we wasted our time going there based on the web info on hours of operation. Nonetheless I returned Monday around midday. The car was left and I was called later in the day with the repair estimates for replacement of water pump at a cost of $1500. The part would not be available for a week. I was searching info on line and saw the replacement for this part and labor was $500-700 so this shop was trying to get 2-3x the cost. I contacted the dealer to find out about a loaner car if I got the vehicle to Savannah. Paying for the towing was worth it 100%. The Lexus dealer cost was in the $500s and (unlike the representation made by the shop owner that I'd still have to wait for the part if I brought the vehicle to Lexus) the part was there. It was installed the same day and I left with my vehicle. It is one thing to support these small business owner but this exploitation of people in the community is a bit much. Now I will never go back to this shop and my experience was shared with people I've come to know in the area. I guess female with a nice car = ripoff at any cost for some individuals. It's shameful. Oh and oil change is $25 + cost of oil for $75-100. Well I will keep going to Walmart for $39.95.
